I have sadly ordered from this company. The product sent to me was horrendous and had no comparison to that of the image presented on line. The colour is wrong, the thickness is wrong and the style is wrong, in fact nothing like the one ordered.

I have tried to return the product and request a full refund as per my consumer rights and as per their terms and conditions.

Unfortunately they are refusing to forward me a returns address, and refund my money.

I have written 8 e-mails to try to resolve the issues however they have only offered 25% refund.

This is not acceptable and such a company should not be allowed to exploit people in such a manner.
