We're not sure what the complaint is, or what's wrong with a company that's tripled in size in three years and works with the largest fortune 500 clients in the us. Elevation is not affiliated with us (They are a magazine and a church) fp moved to our biggest market so far, atlanta and capstone is one of the largest firms we have. Uptown is our newest branch in charlotte, right next to the capstone branch. I went with Accelerated Tax Solutions, worked with Matthew, 100% money back guarantee. No other firm in the country does that. The firm did in fact fix my tax issue, I'm a 1099 owner operator so my issue was a bit bad. I was always greeted by a live person when I called in for my legal team. The legal team also kept me up to speed with everything that was going on with my case. All I can say is me and my wife are very happy with the end results! I wont lie, the 100% money back guarantee along with the BBB report is what sold me on them. My brother is now working with them and is also very happy. I recommend giving them a call, [protected] - ask for Matthew, hes a good guy and will tell you whats going on without the sales BS. Just let him know Mack sent you!

Job ad is very vague, website even more so. Seems shady, like they have to hide what they do.

It's people like you that give sales firms a bad rap. I started in a firm similar to this years ago and now my son is working at Uptown Consulting learning sales. It's not glamours, but he is going to learn basic sales techniques a good work ethic and hopefully everything I did years ago! It jump started my career and I wouldn't take back all of the door knocking I did to build my confidence for the world. The only reason I am posting this is to encourage others to take the chance and try it! Sales is a lucrative career to be in and companies like this will teach you the basics to get experience under your belt. You college graduates are so confident that you have a degree and can come out making big money. Welcome to the real wold!

Pyramid scheme 101, working off the backs of the young and ignorant. The real money is with the people smart enough to start the company. Recent grads are blinded by the stagnant job market and jump at the chance to be in the professional business world. Lies, lies and more lies. This is a typical bait and switch tactic. They lure you in to get at least six months out of you. If you don't stick, no worries, the next dummy is waiting at the door is getting offered the same kool-aide to drink in hopes of bringing them on bored. If people are so happy why does a company need to re brand itself, unless it has already spoiled it's welcoming party. Every company like this talks of growing, and opening new offices, but yet to keep overhead low they bunk with their sister companies working out of the same building. If they were making the money or had more promise of growth, then ask yourself why are they still in the same office now sharing it with other companies? They force you to work odd hours and basically ask you to help promote a product for another company with the incentive of commission and advancement in the company. Who wants to randomly knock, or set up shop in hopes of getting someone to switch over to AT&T. If this is for you, you might as well go to Quick Taxes and sign up to dress up like Lady Liberty and hold a sign that says stop in for tax help! Ignorance is bliss!
