I took out a loan with this company less than a year ago. The process of application was simple and the money was direct deposited quickly. I paid this loan off in less than a year (the loan terms were 2 years) and kept receiving emails to reapply for more money. I finally decided to ask for another amount becaus eof some home renovation and the process took MANY days and in the end, when I called to discuss the process taking so long, and why they were asking for SS Income which I do not receive, I was encountered with a rude customer service representative which plainly stated if I didnt turn the requested documents in, I would be have to be declined. I explained the situation and that THEY reached out to me to apply and that I had been preapproved the money and he simply stated it would have to be declined. After being humiliated and defeated, I stated I would close my former account and would not be using this company any further.

Desired outcome: 1. An apology from Upgrade for how I was handled. I am a good standing past customer and THEY asked me to reapply for preapproved funds. I should not have been hastled and mistreated.
