I have been paying Upgarde Assurance for years, and EVERY year I have to chase them for a key to upgrade to a new version. It should be automatic or linked to a communication to anable me to do it.
Furthermore, when you complain, there is never a response from the marketing or sales departments. Their processes are bad, they are not joined up and you are not treated as a valuable customer.
When a better product comes on line, I will be gone. Please microsoft : produce inhouse solutions as part of Windows or Office 365. You will have my business.

Desired outcome: An apology and improvent in sales and marketing processes
