I purchased a 2 park, one day pass, tickets for two on Sept. 8, 2022. We were not able to board the Hogwarts Express train all day, as we were told it was not running for the whole day.

I paid a great deal of money, and one of the major reasons was so we would be able to use it. I should be credited some money back. You can refer to the QR scan codes that you used to have me get into the entrance gate.
