Risk Account Fees (“HCRAFs”), including a High Risk Fee (“HRF”) and Level 2 Pricing Fee (“Level 2 Fee”). FleetCor has charged these fees without notice. FleetCor has charged customers at least $108 million in HCRAFs.

Desired outcome: Fee reversed and company charged with erroneous fees
