With this new Healthy Benefits vendor, on one item received the quality is crappy and inferior in addition to delivery problems. This item, and I am not afraid to mention, is men's disposable underwear. This is a very poor product and appears to be partially made of tissue paper and nowhere near the quality of previous vendor Walmart - plus quantity now offered is half less. Of course, UHC changed vendors after the enrollment period ended. Had I known that such a poor-quality item was offered, I would have switched to another healthy benefits program or insurance company. Jerry C. Jermanus
Desired outcome: Go back to Walmart or to an equally quality vendor and also let subscribers know during the enrollment period of such a change and not after enrollment has ended.
If hate were a city, I WOULD BE CHINA where UNITED, SOLUTRAN AND WALMART are concerned! There needs to be a class action lawsuit filed! They take your otc moneys never ship product and keep your money! Complaints to either company has yielded NOTNING! For every rat you see there is 50 you dont! Been fighting to get my money back since October 21 and I am still fighting. I am so disgusted with the insurance FRAUD between all three its unbelievable!
