I never buy furniture on line, however I made an exception. I saw the most beautiful dining set so I took a chance. Big Mistake. Online the dimensions for the back of the chairs measured 24" -- when delivered the measurement was 11". It would be impossible for a person to sit in these chairs. The price online when I purchased was $2379. When my credit card was charged the amount was $2754.05. The quality of the chairs was so bad that they could not get one of them to level. This is Alex from United Furniture Group, I remember personally working with you. Your purchased 6 chairs and a table. The 2 chairs that were damaged were replaced within 1 week and I can post our emails here to prove it. I'm attaching the photo of the dining set you purchased, it is impossible for these chairs to have 11 inches back. You might of measured it wrong, otherwise these chairs would never be produced.
Regarding the price change, this is also not true. Attached is the picture with a portion of your order. I cut out your personal info and circled your name and your order's total. I'm not sure where you saw a different price and when we spoke on the phone you were unable to tell us.
I remember you also called your credit card company and charged back the full amount of your order. You told me that you felt it was worth less money. You also said your friend came over and said "I can't believe you paid that much for this dining set".
We are a nationwide company with many happy customers, I just found this review about us and I'm in a bit of a shock how unfair this is. The only real issue was with 2 chairs that were replaced within a week.
