Uniplaces.com review: Website changed / increased price after I submitted a booking form

I would like to file a formal complaint. I submitted an application for a room in Portugal given that the price on the website was 530 Euros/ month. I was contacted by an agent telling me that the price jumped to 550 Euros/ month (in the span of minutes). The same agent was pressuring me to over extend my stay in order to get the room. There is no clear policy that states that I should stay a minimum of 5-6 months. In fact, I am an Erasmus Mundus student and I cannot surpass my stay because I have courses in Norway! I am a journalist - who often reports on real estate. I am aware that these practices are illegal and reflect poorly on the professionalism of this website. Please make sure that agents and landlords abide by the rules.
