UniformAdvantage Mixed Experience with UniformAdvantage

As someone who values quality and reliability in their workwear, I recently had a mixed experience with UniformAdvantage. While I appreciate the wide variety of nursing scrubs and medical uniforms they offer, I encountered some issues with sizing and customer service. The sizing guide didn't align well with the actual product received, leading to returns that incurred high shipping costs. Despite the attractive prices, the quality of some items fell short of expectations. However, I must acknowledge the efforts of their customer service team in addressing my concerns, even though the response time was longer than desired. Overall, UniformAdvantage has potential, but improvements in sizing accuracy and return policies would greatly enhance the customer experience.

UniformAdvantage Scrubs proposal

I have never bought anything from this page as my colored scrub which is beige binding black is not available here... currently here in Fiji we are not been supply with our scrub uniform since our national uniform centre got burnt... last issue of uniform I received was way back in 2016 n right now we facing this covid 19 pandemic which affects our economy... however we would love to wear professional scrub like this someday, so that we can feel comfortable while working especially the nature of working environment we have... thank u

UniformAdvantage All stop shop for everything you need!

As a new nuclear medicine student, It's important for me to have everything I need to succeed at clinicals & in the classroom. Whether it be from apparel, supplies, or acessories, uniform advantage has everything I need in one spot. Not to mention the convenience of being able to shop from the comfort of my home and get it delivered to me. I was able to find everything I need and more, to succeed in my upcoming clinical rotations. Will shop here even after I graduate because of how vast the selection was and the ease of it. Thank you!

UniformAdvantage I Was So Scared

I had placed an order for 2 Cherokee top scrubs with the side pockets (convenient for holding the work phone & the other for flushes). After I read all the negative reviews on this website, I was worried that I had put my credit card information on a scam business. The delivery took long, but my scrubs came in as ordered and were in such good condition that I actually wore it out from package as I had night shift that night.

My package came in on the promised date. I'm not sure why this company has such a low rating, but I am a satisfied customer.

UniformAdvantage Uniforms Galore

When I first heard about Uniform Advantage through an old co-worker, I immediately checked out their website & was in awe. I LOVE all their different styles of scrubs, & I enjoy wearing comfortable, & active scrub wear. I'm also a HUGE Disney fan & I love how they have different Disney scrub tops to choose from. I've ordered so many Disney scrubs, & the assisted living facility I work at, all of the residents love the colors & characters I wear. Uniform Advantage does NOT disappoint, & I'll always be a loyal customer for buying Disney scrubs, & more! ?

UniformAdvantage Started my dream wearing UA

I started my first hospital job wearing Butter soft, I was attracted to how SOFT it is! It feels like I'm just wearing my pjs to work (I work nights so it suits perfectly). Now, I wear their Lauderdale scrubs and I'm in love! Great quality and so fashionable. THE GOLD TOUCH IS PERFECT. Love how flexible it is as well and it is uniformed perfectly. Honestly, everyone stole my jogger look and now majority my staff wears the exact ones I wear. I have no complaint about this company and their quality and style is worth it! Thinking of buying another scrub and actually in need for a warm up jacket so I'm currently "window" shopping! - Diamond

UniformAdvantage Modesty in nursing

I have been purchasing my nursing scrubs for a number of years from Uniform Advantage. I found the web site on afternoon while searching for long scrub skirts. Not only did I discover the full length Buttersoft skirt but 3/4 length scrub tops to match. As an apostolic lady I have always been conscious of my personal modesty. I messaged the company a few months ago about 3/4 sleeve selections had gotten low. Shortly there after they had them restocked in new prints. I love wearing my modest, comfortable and cute scrubs to work. I have recommend this site to many modest scrub wearing nurses. Keep up the great selections and modest scrubs for us who feel modesty is a must!

UniformAdvantage Great products

I ordered a pair of Align knit shoes and a pair of compression socks. I have been wearing them for a week, and I am so happy! The shoes are so comfortable, and have tons of room in the toe area! They are slip resistant, and work so well on that front. They are super cute and comfortable to wear for a full work day. They are also easy slip ons which are great for are great if you're in a rush. The socks are also super comfortable, and the compression works great! They are knee length which helps keep your legs warm if you are working in the cold Operating Rooms. Overall, I am so so happy with these shoes. They are definitely worth the price and are great quality. I highly recommend!

UniformAdvantage Always Fast and Easy

It's been a couple of years since I had the opportunity to order scrubs based on what I wanted to wear to work. I spent a couple of years having to order from a company website, but now I can wear whatever scrubs I want to work, and Uniform Advantage has every major brand that I am interested in buying. Including Betsey Johnson, which was What I ordered most in my recent order. The first day I wore my new scrubs patients and nurses alike gave me compliments and begged for my clothes. Thanks, Betsey! You make me feel pretty while I'm covered with poop. Seriously the website is easy to navigate, the clothes come quickly due to being shipped USPS and I have loved everything I have ordered.

UniformAdvantage Disappointing Experience with UniformAdvantage: Delayed Orders and Poor Customer Service

I gotta say, I had a pretty rough experience with UniformAdvantage. I put in an order back in December and got an email saying it was all good to go. But then...nothing. I waited and waited, but my order never showed up. I've ordered from UA before and never had any problems, so I was pretty bummed out.

I decided to reach out to their customer service team via live chat to see what was up. The guy I talked to was nice enough, but he told me that my order had been cancelled and that I should just place it again. He apologized and said that everything should be fine with my new order.

So, I placed my order on January 11th, 2021. Everything was in stock according to the website, and it was supposed to arrive on January 21st. But when I checked the tracking info, it just said "being processed". I waited until the end of the day on the 22nd to ask about it via live chat. They said they'd make a ticket to check with the warehouse and that I'd get an email in 24-48 hours.

Well, it's been way more than 48 hours and I still haven't heard anything. I reached out again on live chat and they told me to give it another 24 hours. Still nothing. So, I decided to call them up yesterday (January 26th) to see what was going on. The guy I talked to said he had to speak with customer service about my order and that they'd be calling me back. He also said that they couldn't cancel my order without speaking to customer service first.

But...I still haven't gotten a call back. I have no idea what's taking so long. It's not like it's UPS or the postal service's fault - my order hasn't even left the warehouse yet! I'm beyond frustrated at this point and I really wish I hadn't placed a second order with them.

UniformAdvantage Terrible Customer Service Experience with UniformAdvantage - Beware!

I just gotta say, I had a pretty rough experience with UniformAdvantage. I placed my first and last order on July 21st, thinking I had plenty of time before my new job started. The website said that all in-stock orders that don't need embroidery would ship within 24 hours, so I was feeling pretty good about it. But two days after I placed my order, I noticed that it was still open and the items hadn't shipped yet. I was like, "What's going on here?" So I contacted customer service to see if there was a problem. They said it was unusual for a delay and to give them 24 hours to resolve the issue. I was like, "Okay, I'll give you the benefit of the doubt." But 48 hours later, still no change. So I contacted customer service again, and they gave me the same answer as before. I was starting to get frustrated.

I waited another 48 hours and finally asked for a supervisor named Steve. He said he was going to personally make sure my order shipped the next day and that he would email me the tracking number. I was like, "Finally, some progress!" But when I checked the status of my order the next day, it was still the same. I contacted customer service again, and they gave me the same answer as before. I was like, "What the heck is going on here?" I don't know why their customer service was so terrible with my order when there are so many positive reviews out there. I just want to warn anyone thinking of ordering from them to be careful. I wouldn't want anyone else to go through what I did.

UniformAdvantage Poor Customer Service and Shipping Delays: My Experience with UniformAdvantage.com

I recently made a big purchase on UniformAdvantage.com on February 16, 2019. I was excited to receive my order, but unfortunately, the online site did not show if items were on backorder until after I received my email confirmation. To my surprise, two items were on backorder. I was disappointed, but I decided to wait for them to come back in stock. However, the day they were supposed to be in stock, I checked and they were pushed back another 5 days. I was frustrated and decided to email through the website to cancel my order. Unfortunately, I did not receive a reply.

I decided to call customer service and was told that they could only cancel the backorder items. They also told me that a senior customer service representative would call me within 1 business day because nobody was available. I was also informed that they didn't know why I had not yet received my other items because they should have been sent, but it showed a shipping error that only a senior representative could answer. I waited for a call, but nobody ever called me back.

I called again to cancel my order, and two days later, I received the order (minus the 2 backorder items) that was suddenly overnighted to me (when I chose regular shipping). I was surprised to see that it included 2 tops that I no longer wanted because I had cancelled the matching bottoms that were on backorder. I was disappointed that nobody ever called me back or replied to any of my emails. It took almost three weeks for me to receive my order, and nobody from customer service ever replied to me.

Now I'm stuck with 2 tops that don't have bottoms, and I cannot return them to the local store. I either have to keep them or pay to return them. To make matters worse, the return shipping label was also missing off my invoice. I was extremely disappointed with my experience with UniformAdvantage.com. If it were possible, I would have given them 0 stars. I didn't realize that the website was not the same as the local store, or I would never have ordered. My local store is amazing, and the staff is always great. However, the website is a different story. I would advise others to stay away from it.

UniformAdvantage Disappointing Experience with Uniform Advantage: Sizing and Returns Process Need Improvement

I recently made a purchase from UniformAdvantage.com and I have to say, I was a bit disappointed with my experience. I decided to try out their Buttersoft scrubs for the first time and was surprised to find that they were quite rigid and rough. This was unexpected, especially since I had previously purchased several other pairs of the Buttersoft brand and had no issues. However, I did find that the Movement style scrubs were more in line with what I was expecting from the Buttersoft line.

As many others have mentioned in their reviews, sizing can be a bit tricky with Uniform Advantage. While the size guide is helpful, I found that the sizes tended to run a bit larger than expected. For example, the size small is listed as having a 33-36 inch bust, but when I measured the scrub top with my own measuring tape, it was actually 40 inches. This can be frustrating, especially when you're trying to get everything right and still end up with a less-than-perfect fit. If you're in between sizes, I would recommend going with the smaller size.

Unfortunately, my sizing issues meant that I had to return some of the items I had purchased. This was where things got even more frustrating. Uniform Advantage's returns process is quite outdated, requiring customers to fill out a paper form and calculate all of the necessary information themselves. This seems unnecessary in this day and age, especially when other companies have much more streamlined returns processes.

To make matters worse, I now have to pay nearly $10 in shipping fees for my return. This is frustrating, especially since there is currently a sale on and all of the items I purchased are now at a discount. I don't see anything about price adjustments, so it seems like I'll just have to reorder and hope that the items I want are still in stock by the time my return is processed.

Overall, I think Uniform Advantage has some work to do in terms of their sizing and returns processes. While I appreciate the variety of scrubs they offer, the issues I've encountered have left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. It's a shame, because I know they're making a lot of money from customers like me who spend at least $100 per order. I hope they take steps to improve their customer experience in the future.

UniformAdvantage Disappointing Quality and Sizing: UniformAdvantage.com Buttersoft Collection Review

I live in a small town where it's hard to find quality scrubs. I stumbled upon UniformAdvantage.com after seeing their catalogs in the break room at work. I decided to give them a try and ordered two sets from their Buttersoft Collection and a pullover hoodie scrub top.

Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with the Buttersoft Collection. The material is a lint magnet and the sizing is way off. I've been wearing scrubs for over 22 years and these are the worst I've ever had. The pants run small and the tops are huge. The black set looked terrible after coming out of the dryer and I had to throw them away after a few wears because I was constantly covered in lint. I also ordered a dark teal set, but the color was noticeably off and the pants were too small while the top was too big.

As for the pullover hoodie scrub top, I never even got to wear it. After washing it before wearing it, the seams on the arms came undone by about 4 inches. The quality of these products is extremely disappointing. I even talked to my coworkers about it and they had the same complaints about the Buttersoft Collection.

I tried to leave a review on their website, but I couldn't find the option anywhere. It's frustrating that I can't share my experience with others who are considering purchasing from UniformAdvantage.com.

I've included photos of the pants covered in lint (even though they were washed with other black scrubs and fabric softener was used) and the pullover hoodie with the seams coming undone after just one wash.

Overall, I would not recommend purchasing from UniformAdvantage.com, especially their Buttersoft Collection. The quality is poor and the sizing is way off.

UniformAdvantage Disappointed with UniformAdvantage.com: Fraudulent Charges and Poor Customer Service

I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my recent experience with UniformAdvantage.com. I've been a loyal customer for a while now and just spent a whopping $572 on scrubs and shoes over the weekend. But when I checked my account yesterday, I noticed some suspicious charges from Miami and Fort Lauderdale - both about 45 miles away from UA's location in Fort Lauderdale.

Naturally, I was pretty freaked out and spent the morning on the phone with my bank's fraud division and then had to make three separate calls to UA. The first two times, I got hung up on, which was super frustrating. Finally, I was able to speak with an "online manager" who assured me that their people don't have access to full card numbers - only the last six digits. But I pointed out that someone had clearly used my full card number to make purchases, so there must be a leak in their system.

The manager didn't seem to take my concerns very seriously and even said that if they did figure out who the thief was, they wouldn't be able to tell me. I mean, I get that there are privacy concerns, but as someone who has spent a lot of money with UA, I felt like my concerns should have been taken more seriously.

Overall, I'm just really disappointed with the whole experience. I know I can't be the only one who has had this problem, especially with everything going on with COVID. So, if you're thinking about buying from UA, just be careful and keep an eye on your accounts.

UniformAdvantage Uniform Advantage Review: Worst Company Ever! Don't Buy Scrubs Here!

This company is the WORST! I would highly recommend that you buy your scrubs from ANYONE/ANYWHERE ELSE! I had two gift cards that I wanted to use to purchase some new scrubs. I picked out a few items and went to check out. The gift cards applied with no problem, each had $50 on them. I owed around $10 balance that I proceeded to put on a credit card. I hit submit and got an error message. I tried a few times with the same card, then tried a few other different cards thinking it was my card that was the problem. I kept getting the same error message. By this time I was annoyed and figured I'd try again later on that day. However, I got a notification from my bank that multiple $10 transactions were processing. All from Uniform Advantage. Needless to say, I called UA right away--and they proceeded to tell me that their online system doesn't accept multiple forms of payment!? Oh really? Well, it was accepted and you charged my card multiple times! They said that the payments would reverse in 7-10 business days. Well, what if I had no money in these accounts? I would be overdrawn and SOL and UA wouldn't give a dm! I had to end up placing the order online, and the clothing didn't even fit well. I returned 5 out of the 6 items. They only gave me the sale price as a refund on these items, so after going back and forth with exchanging/shipping back--since they make you pay for return shipping--I was out at least $30-$40 for ONE SCRUB CAP. I don't even have enough space or time or energy to type out the full story but this was the worst of it that I felt I had to warn whoever will read this to buy from LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE and you will probably get a better deal and most importantly less of a headache! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND COMPANY OVERALL! I have never in my life had to deal with such incompetence!

UniformAdvantage Top-Notch Scrubs That Last: My Review of UniformAdvantage

It's been a hot minute since my last order from UniformAdvantage, but I've been a repeat customer for a while now. Let me tell you, their scrubs are top-notch and they last! You won't need to keep ordering more because the quality is just that good. Their own brands are especially great because they save you money while making your job in the medical field more comfortable and efficient.

Personally, I'm a big fan of their tops with 4% or more spandex stretch and the 4 front pockets (double front pockets are a game-changer!). The 3/4-sleeve ones are my go-to because they keep me warm, and the extra stretch means a better fit and more flexibility. Plus, taking them off is a breeze - anyone who wears scrubs regularly knows how important that is!

Their pants are also amazing, with so many pockets to store all your essentials. My personal favorite is the bss696 (Butter Soft Scrubs), which is a generic copy of a famous scrub brand but with even better storage and 3% stretch for all the squatting and standing repetitions you'll be doing. And the best part? None of the prints or solids in any style have faded more than a tiny bit in the 3-plus years I've worn them. None of the stretchy tops or 3% pants have shrunk at all either. The only shrinkage I've experienced was with a cotton/poly printed top without spandex.

I take good care of all my clothes by washing them in cold water (it cleans just as well as warm water and saves you money!), using just the right amount of detergent, adding 1/2-cup white vinegar to the wash when washing ANY new items (it sets and retains color in ALL clothes), and not over-drying (which weakens fibers).

If you're interested in UniformAdvantage, sign up for their free printed catalog and check their site often. If you see something you like, click on it to see what sizes and colors are on clearance for that item. Pretty much everything solid comes in seasonal, classic, and clearance colors. And yes, end-of-season colors get marked down even more. If you want it, get it - those marked-down season colors go fast in all the middle sizes (S, M, L).

My only complaint is that the website doesn't let you make a wish list of favorites to keep an eye on. After creating an account and logging in, it's annoying to have to screen shot or write down all the complex names and product numbers in order to find them quickly later on. I've mentioned this multiple times when speaking to customer service (just to ask a question), so please fix this, UA!

Overall, I've recommended UniformAdvantage to many co-workers and will continue to do so. Most of my works don't allow pictures (HIPAA thing), but I've included the chart I've used extensively to keep my scrubs in tip-top shape. Happy caregiving!

UniformAdvantage UniformAdvantage Review: Frustrating Experience with Poor Communication and Delayed Shipping

I recently had an experience with UniformAdvantage that left me feeling frustrated and disappointed. I placed an order on April 24th, 2020 for almost $150 in merchandise. I needed a specific scrub color for an assignment, but due to COVID-19, I couldn't go to a physical store to purchase it. I chose UA because they promised to deliver my order by May 5th, which was well before my May 11th start date.

However, on May 4th, I realized that my order hadn't even shipped yet. I contacted UA via chat and was informed that one of the items was out of stock. I was surprised that no one had contacted me to inform me of this and ask me what I wanted to do. I decided not to replace the item and asked that the remaining 5 items be shipped to me within 2 days at no additional cost. The customer service representative agreed to my request and assured me that he would take care of it.

A few days later, I still hadn't received my package or any type of email regarding the order. I contacted UA via chat again and was informed that the order still hadn't shipped. I asked to speak to a manager and was given a number to call. When I called, I was told that all the managers were in a meeting and that they would call me back later that day. However, I never received a call back from anyone.

The next day, I called again and spoke to a manager who told me that she had no way of contacting the warehouse directly because no one was answering phone calls. She suggested that email was the best form of contact and promised to get a response within a couple of hours. However, I never heard back from her that day.

On Sunday, I called again for the fifth time and spoke to another manager who actually picked up the phone and called the warehouse. She found out that my order still hadn't shipped because of the out-of-stock item. I was shocked to learn that my issue from six days prior had not been handled. They ended up overnighting the items to me, but it wasn't until Tuesday, which meant that I had to show up to work without proper attire for the first couple of days.

Overall, my experience with UA was stressful and chaotic. I was disappointed that no one had contacted me to inform me of the out-of-stock item and that I had to stay on top of the situation to get any updates. It was frustrating that the employees had no line of communication with the warehouse. If I had the option, I would have canceled the entire order altogether. I don't recommend using UA for your uniform needs.

UniformAdvantage UniformAdvantage Review: Poor Shipping Policies and Customer Service

Hey there, I wanted to share my experience with UniformAdvantage. At first, I was really excited to find this site because they had a lot of tops that I wanted to order. However, I quickly ran into an issue with shipping. The site kept showing me a general UPS shipping option for $49.99 USD, even though according to their own shipping information, Canada should have been eligible for iParcel shipping. I spent almost two hours on the phone with customer service, talking to a guy named Stephen or Steven, who was unable to figure out the issue. He did manage to get the iParcel option to come up twice, but all other mock orders he made to Canada were having the same problem.

After several attempts to resolve the issue, I finally spoke to a manager who told me that some vendor items have international shipping restrictions and can only be shipped within the United States. This was frustrating because the site only mentioned that Stethoscopes, New Balance, and $#*!ies merchandise may not be shipped outside of the United States. I followed their advice and removed all items besides the UA brands, but still had the same problem.

I received a generic response from customer service, which was not helpful at all. It seemed like they were not taking responsibility for the issue and were not willing to reimburse customers for the extra shipping duties. I was disappointed with the lack of transparency and honesty from this company.

Overall, I would not recommend UniformAdvantage to others. Their shipping policies are unclear and their customer service is not helpful. I hope that my experience can help others avoid similar issues and save them time and money.

UniformAdvantage Worst Shopping Experience in 33 years

He said yes and that he would take care of it. A couple days later, I still hadn't received my package or any type of email regarding the order. I reached out via chat again and found out the order still hadn't shipped. I asked to speak to a manager and was given a number to call. I called the number and spoke to another employee who told me that all the managers were currently in a meeting and that since he was not a manager, he couldn't reach out to the warehouse directly to find out what was going on with the order but that he could take my information and a manager would call me back later that day. I never received a call back from anyone that day. The next day, I called again first thing in the morning and spoke to a manager. She told me that she had no way of contacting the warehouse directly because no one was there answering phone calls and that email was the best form of contact because someone was there yielding them and she would get a response within a couple of hours. Never heard back from her that day. The next day, Sunday, I call again, for the FIFTH time now, I am contacting them. Not ONCE had anyone contacted me still to this point. It's now the day before I start my assignment. The manager I had dealt with the day before was not on so I spoke with another one who did actually pick up the phone and call the warehouse and got through to them and found out my order still hadn't shipped because of the item that was out of stock. Apparently the first time I had addressed this issue, SIX days prior, it never got handled. They ended up overnighting them to me but it wasn't until Tuesday so I had to show up to the first couple days of work without proper attire and I'm not sure what the actual time frame would have been had I not stayed on top of this. If I had the option, I would've canceled the entire order all together. DON'T do it. It was stressful and chaotic. How do you run a business if your employees have no line of communication with the warehouse...

UniformAdvantage Company full of lies and Crap customer service

Alright, this is a long one and I hope it helps people avoid issues.
I was super excited when I first found this site. I found a bunch of tops I wanted to order... and then came the shipping. It kept coming up as general UPS $49.99 USD. Now, I read all the info on the site and general UPS shouldn't even be coming up for shipping ACCORDING TO THE SITE SHIPPING. It should be iParcel, as Canada is on the list for that method of shipping, but it didn't even come up as an option. So I waste my time for almost two hours on two seperate phone calls to have some guy named Stephen or Steven tell me that he could get the iParcel option to come up twice but all other mock orders he made to Canada were having the same issue and he couldn't figure it out. He also told me that the iParcel shipping for the 10 items he put in the cart was only $19.99 USD (keep in mind too that the iParcel ensures no surprise fees from UPS and customs when it show up at your door, unlike the UPS general shipping). After I asked, he told me a manager would be contacting me back (ps I have proof of the conversations). Next afternoon, still no call back, so I used the on line chat, being smart enough to take screen shots of the conversation. I was told that there was a ticket and they would be contacting back no later than Tuesday. This rep ALSO said he had just experienced the same problem with another client earlier that day, which tells me now that this should be a known problem. So Tuesday comes and goes, and Wednesday I call and had a young lady tell me there was no ticket and no history documented of any of my conversations. She sounded a little surprised when I told her I had the afore mentioned proof. So now I FINALLY get to talk to a manager and they have no idea about the issue either and they would look in to it. So I FINALLY get a response the following TUESDAY and here is what they have to say:
We have been researching what the issue is and we found that is due to some vendor items that have international shipping restrictions and can only be shipped within the United States.

We tried adding UA brand items and we got the option to select iparcel, but when trying with some of the vendor items we did not have it.

It has been very difficult to get a list of all the items that have a restriction, but we are working on it so it reflects on the website.

I wish I had better news; my advice is to purchase items that are UA brands, otherwise, you will not have the option to use iParcel, and you will have to pay the duties and fees.
We do sincerely apologize for your inconvenience. In the meantime, if we may be of any further service, please reply back to this email and we will assist you promptly.

Which is, honestly, bull skittles! The site specifically states that they only items that MAY not ship to Canada are "Stethoscopes, New Balance and $#*!ies merchandise may not be shipped outside of the United States." Nothing else is noted as being a shipping issue. So there's that. Also, I took their advice, abeit rather angry, and removed all items besides the UA brands AS PER THEIR UA BRAND list. Guess what- same problem! No iParcel option comes up. Their generic response:

UniformAdvantage Inconsistent Sizing and Nightmare Returns: My Experience with Uniform Advantage Online

So, I'm not really one for buying clothes online, but I decided to give it a go with UniformAdvantage.com. I mean, I had bought the exact same pair of UA Easy Stretch scrub pants in a UA store two years ago and they were my absolute favorite, so I figured why not try ordering them online? Same brand, same style, same size - what could go wrong?

Well, let me tell you, I was sorely disappointed. The two pairs of pants I ordered online were both labeled "large" and both the same brand and style, but one was way too small and the other was way too big. I mean, what gives? I wasn't even warned that they might be defective or anything like that.

And the worst part? The return process is a total nightmare. You can't just return the items to a store - oh no, you have to mail them back and fill out all these forms and pay for non-refundable shipping back and forth. And then you just have to hope that they'll actually put the refund on your card (minus all the shipping costs, of course). It's a total waste of time and money, especially since the shipping costs end up being more than the price of the items themselves.

Honestly, I'm never buying anything from UA online again. I'm out the money and stuck with these scrubs that don't even fit. If I had known that the sizes aren't consistent even within the same brand and style, I would have never even bothered.

UniformAdvantage Disappointing Experience with UniformAdvantage: Thin Material, Embroidery Policy, and Sizing Issues

I've been shopping at UniformAdvantage for a few years now and I've always been pretty happy with what I've gotten. But this last time, I ordered a Cherokee warm up jacket and it was just terrible. The material was so thin, you could see right through it. I decided to get a stock logo put on it, which was actually the best part of the whole thing. But when I tried to return it, they told me I couldn't because of the embroidery. I must have missed that on the website, but it's still pretty frustrating. Now I'm stuck with this cheap jacket that won't last and I'm too embarrassed to wear it to work.

I called customer service and they just kept telling me I couldn't return it. They did offer me a code for my next purchase, but why would I want to buy more poor quality stuff? It's really disappointing because I don't get to treat myself very often and this was just a total joke. So, my advice to anyone shopping at UniformAdvantage is to beware and don't get anything embroidered.

To make matters worse, the sizing was all off. I always wear an XL, but I could barely move my shoulders in this thing. It's just such poor quality that I wouldn't even give it to a friend. It's really too bad because I've had good experiences with UniformAdvantage in the past, but this one was a real letdown.

UniformAdvantage UniformAdvantage Review: Terrible Customer Service and Shipping Experience

I recently made a purchase from UniformAdvantage and unfortunately, my experience was not a positive one. I ordered two sets of scrubs and provided the correct address, but somehow it got switched twice during the shipping process. First, it was sent to UPS without my apartment number, and then it was sent to a completely different address via USPS. As a result, the package was marked as undeliverable and was sent back to the UniformAdvantage headquarters.

When I contacted customer service to resolve the issue, I was told to figure it out with UPS or USPS. After making seven or more calls, I was finally able to correct the address, but then received a call saying that the package had already been sent back. It took nearly two weeks to receive my package, even though I had paid for shipping. If shipping and customer service are this unhelpful, then I believe that shipping should be free.

Furthermore, there was very little information provided on the difference between petite/short and regular sizes, so the scrubs I received were too big. Additionally, the material was not very stretchy, which is important for me as a healthcare worker. I returned the scrubs, but I still had to pay for shipping again.

Overall, this was the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I paid for bad service and received zero help from UniformAdvantage. I would not recommend shopping here and suggest sticking to Amazon, an actual store, or any other company.

I recently placed an order for some new scrubs from UniformAdvantage.com and was disappointed to find that my order was sitting in OPEN status for over a week. According to their website, my order was supposed to be shipped within 2 to 3 days, but the delivery date had already passed and my order was still in limbo. I decided to contact their customer service team to find out what was going on, and was told that some of the items I had ordered were now out of stock. I was frustrated that I hadn't been contacted about this earlier, and asked them to just ship out everything that was in stock and cancel the rest.

Another week went by and I still hadn't received any updates on my order. I decided to contact their customer service team again, and was told that my order was now being prepared and ready for shipping. However, I still hadn't received any shipping confirmation or tracking information. It's now been exactly 3 weeks since I placed my order, and it's still in OPEN status. I contacted their customer service team again and was given the same response - that my order was being prepared and ready for shipping.

I'm extremely frustrated with the lack of communication and slow processing time from UniformAdvantage.com. Three weeks is more than enough time to prepare and ship an order, and I don't understand why it's taking so long. I do not recommend buying from here at all, and I hope that they will cancel my order and refund my money back soon. As someone who is usually very patient and doesn't write negative reviews, this experience has really pushed me over the edge. I don't want others to go through the same frustration and nonsense that I've experienced.

I gotta say, my experience with Uniform Advantage has been a real rollercoaster ride. I've been dealing with them since March, and let me tell you, it's been a doozy. They told me they couldn't cancel the order because it was already being processed, and that I'd have to buy the right size and then return the wrong one once I received it. And get this - I'd have to pay for all the shipping fees! What kind of customer service is that? I mean, seriously, why even have customer service if they're not gonna help you out when you need it?

So, I waited about a month to receive my order, and when it finally arrived, it was the wrong size, just like I thought it would be. I returned it the same day, but that was a whole month ago, and I still haven't received my refund. I contacted customer service again, and they told me they'd try to refund me or cancel my request for a new size, but they never followed through. I even asked to speak to a supervisor, but they never got back to me either. It's like they don't even care about their customers.

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend Uniform Advantage to anyone. Their customer service is rude and unhelpful, and it's clear that they need more training. I wish I could give them negative stars, but unfortunately, that's not an option. So, if you're thinking about buying from them, I'd say think twice. I gotta say, it's pretty frustrating to have to fork over my hard-earned cash for something I can't even try on first. Like, seriously? How am I supposed to know if it's gonna fit right or feel comfortable? And don't even get me started on the fact that I have to pay for shipping AND return shipping if it doesn't work out. That's just not fair.

But let's talk about the actual scrubs themselves. The selection is pretty limited, and a lot of the stuff I wanted was sold out. And when I finally did find something I liked, it was cheaply made and didn't fit right. Like, seriously, not all scrubs are created equal, and it's not fair that I can't try them on before I buy them.

And don't even get me started on the sizing. What they call "petite" is actually regular, and I ended up with scrubs that were way too long for me. And the "butter soft" material they use? Yeah, it might feel nice at first, but it fades like crazy and looks like it's been through the ringer after just a few weeks.

To make matters worse, the second time I ordered from them, they embroidered the wrong logo on my shirt. So now I have to deal with sending it back and paying for their mistake. Not cool.

Honestly, I'm gonna have to talk to my company about finding a different uniform supplier. This is just garbage. And to top it all off, these scrubs are made overseas. Why can't we support American businesses instead? I'm completely dissatisfied with my experience with UniformAdvantage.

UniformAdvantage UniformAdvantage Review: Terrible Service, Incorrect Orders, and Inconsistent Sizing

I gotta say, I'm not too impressed with UniformAdvantage. I work at a clinic and we order scrubs from them pretty regularly, but our last order was a total disaster. Half the items were missing, and the ones that did arrive were the wrong size or even the wrong item altogether. I've been trying to get in touch with their customer service rep for over a week now, and it's been a real headache. The first time I talked to him, he said he'd email me within 48 hours, but I still haven't heard anything a week later. The best he could do was refund the missing items, but he wouldn't do anything about the incorrect ones, and he refused to refund the shipping cost.

To make matters worse, the sizes are all over the place. They tend to run big, and sometimes they're even labelled incorrectly. I've gotten tops that were labelled as medium, but they were the same size as other small tops from the same product line. And the colors fade really quickly, which is a bummer. Plus, the scrubs wear out pretty fast too.

I've also had a lot of issues with tracking numbers. Sometimes they don't even exist, or they're just plain wrong. It's just one thing after another with these guys. Honestly, I'm so fed up with their terrible service and unhelpful reps. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

UniformAdvantage Unsatisfactory Customer Service Experience with UniformAdvantage

Yo, I gotta say, I'm pretty frustrated with UniformAdvantage right now. Like, seriously, I've talked to five different people and still haven't gotten my exchange sorted out. I talked to this dude Jason on April 23rd and he said he'd make sure the exchange happened, but then on May 1st I see a refund on my bank account instead. What the heck, man? The exchange never happened!

So then I chat with two other people, Zach and Sarah, and they both tell me I won't be charged a shipping fee and that they'll note it on my account. All I have to do is call in and place the order. So I call in and get transferred to Kevin, who's supposed to help me out with the shipping charge. But then he cold transfers me to some chick named Alexis (I think, I forgot to write it down), who tells me she can't waive the shipping charge either. She says a senior customer service agent will have to call me back between 8am and 5pm Monday through Friday. Like, seriously? My order was $137 and my exchange was only $57. I had to pay shipping to get the items and then another $8.99 to ship them back. And my exchange would have been one dollar less than my original purchase. This is ridiculous.

I needed a white uniform for my graduation on May 18th, and now it's looking like I'm not gonna get it in time. And why does it take six freaking people to process an exchange? This is a total lack of follow-through and customer service. I'm not impressed, UniformAdvantage. Not impressed at all.

UniformAdvantage UniformAdvantage Review: Horrible Customer Service and Order Processing

I recently made an order for scrubs from UniformAdvantage in mid-May. I was eagerly waiting for my items to be shipped, but after 10 days, I noticed that they weren't shipping. I contacted their customer service team, but they couldn't answer my question without passing it on to some processing center. I had to wait for three more days to get a response, and to my surprise, they told me that one of the pieces was out of stock. I was disappointed and frustrated because I wondered why I was even allowed to order it in the first place. Why wasn't I notified earlier?

I decided to cancel my order, and I informed them. However, they sent me a coupon and told me to choose another piece. I declined the offer and requested that they cancel my order. Unfortunately, I didn't get any response from them. I had to go through their chat line, and the girl who attended to me said she canceled my order. I requested a confirmation email, but I never received it, nor did I receive a transcript of our conversation.

I decided to call them to confirm if my order was canceled, but to my surprise, it was still open. They assured me that they would pass it along to the warehouse, and it would take them 24 hours to verify the cancellation. However, I was shocked when I received a notification that my package had been shipped on Friday night at 12:00 am. I wondered if this was done out of spite. I believe so. To make matters worse, they blocked me from the chat line, so I can no longer use it.

I would advise anyone to stay away from this company. They are horrible. Anyone who refuses to cancel your order shouldn't be in business. I requested cancellation long before the item was shipped, but they still went ahead to ship it. I would like to speak to someone in the corporate office to express my dissatisfaction with their service.

UniformAdvantage Uniform Advantage Review: Discontinued Item and Poor Customer Service

So, I bought some stuff from UniformAdvantage.com. I got 3 tops and 1 bottom, but I really only needed the bottom. But hey, why not get some tops too, right? They said it would take up to 7 business days to get my stuff. But then, 10 business days later, I get an email saying that my full order of 3 tops has shipped. I looked all over my email for another email from them, but there was nothing about the bottoms. So, I contacted customer service and they told me that they sent an email saying that the bottoms were discontinued. But I searched my email again and there was no email about that. So, why was it still on the website then? The rep said that I could buy another item and they would add a discount and free shipping for 3-7 day delivery. I've never heard of a company doing that after you already ordered something. But the rep couldn't tell me why the original bottoms were discontinued or why they didn't tell me about it so I could order something else on time. They didn't even try to help me out. So, I'm done with UA. I'm not ordering the bottoms I needed from them. Now I have to find a local store for bottoms and for future needs. It's just not worth the hassle.

UniformAdvantage sizing issue

I placed an ordered and purchased several uniforms for our office. Order arrived in a timely manner but unfortunately two uniforms were too small. I personally contacted customer service and asked for a replacement. They agreed and said that I have to send the wrong ones back and I did as they said.
About a week later they finally contacted me and said that they sent everything back to me and will not replace for a bigger size. They claimed that uniforms were already worn. These people from UniformAdvantage are terrible! No matter how many times I've tried to explain that no one even tried them on, they did not believe! Uniforms still had tags and were in their original packages! They refused to listen.
I'm very disappointed with UniformAdvantage!
