Underscore Panties/jcpenney review: no longer available

For several years I have purchased Underscore moderate control briefs at Jcpenney.
JCPenney has stopped selling them, so I did an internet search. All results come back to JCP. I followed a couple of links and it goes to JCP.com/catalog. The only ones like i need are 4x and 5x sizes. I guess these are what they have left over. My problem is, 1. I can't find them anywhere else, 2. Jcpenney needs to get off the search results and 3. who makes the panties?
