UMG Stores review: Two different taylor swift merch orders

I placed three orders for Taylor Swift merch and haven’t received anything yet, all orders show as unfulfilled and I can’t get a response from customer service about when the items that should have shipped already will ship. My orders are as follows:

1-Order #24645088631 placed 10/20/23 with an expected ship date of 12/15/23. (1) 1989 (TV) beige crewneck size M. (2) 1989 (TV) Eras Hoodie size L. (3) Evermore Deluxe Vinyl

2-Order #49683225932 placed 11/7/23 with an expected ship date of 12/29/23. (1) We Found Wonderland Quarter Zip Pullover size L

3-Order #49701369832 placed 11/15/23 with an expected ship date of 12/15/23 and I paid for upgraded shipping of second day air. (1) Fearless (TV) Flannel PJ bottoms size L. (2) Fearless (TV) Flannel PJ bottoms size S. (3) Under the Mistletoe Ornsment

I’ve received one message that the 1989 (TV) Eras Hoodie from the first order was delayed but that the rest of my order would ship. I haven’t received any delay notification about the third order so that also should have shipped. I’ve reached out to customer service but I cannot get a response about when everything that should have shipped already will ship. It’s ridiculous that the first and third orders were placed so long ago and had a ship date of 12/15 but nothing has shipped. Both orders still show as unfulfilled. I just want the items that should have shipped already to ship as they were all Christmas presents.
