unauthorised withdrawal from my bank
on october 30th i came across a post on facebook belonging to the well known tv celebrity eamonn holmes where he recommends the products intenseX and extreme-shred.The products arrived promptly costing me 3.75 and 1.75 pounds sterling as advertised. Today i checked my bank account and discovered your company made two unauthorised withdrawals of 94 and 99 pounds sterling. I went through with the purchase having been led to believe that it would cost me a maximum of 5 pounds sterling. I was confident at the time as it was endorsed by a respected television journalist namely eamonn holmes OBE. I went on Eamon Holmes Facebook on Tuesday the 30th November 2018 and he was saying how intenseX has helped him and a free sample was available with the postage cost £3.75 which I agreed to. However, when I checked my bank account this morning the following amount was taken off my account:

I have contacted my bank immediately and cancelled further orders just in case I get charged again.

they are fooling people by these advertise of free trial for £3.75 & £1.25 & rubbish like these, please do not trust them, this exactly happened to me & they collected £99.00 & £94.00 from my account too, please don't get in to these traps .
I also wen on eamonn holmes facebook on the 30th October 2018. I received my trial samples promptly at a cost of 3.75 and 1.25 pounds. I checked my bank balance today and discovered this unscrupulous company took two sums of 99 and 94 pounds total 193 pounds from my bank. I was completely shocked as i am a 70 year pensioner living on 144.85 pounds per week. My complaint is on the scam of ordering this item. I ordered Garcinia and automatically got green tea also. Got charged 10.95 right away for shipping. Finally got the item about a week later. After taking this for three weeks I didn't have results that I would brag about and the I checked my bank acct., I got charged $78 for what? I called and was told that's the price for the ONE bottle and the was a pending charge for another $78 for the other bottle. I was told that, that is the price since I didn't call to cancel in the first 14 days if I wasn't satisfied with the results. How do I know if it would work in one week, it take more then that for it to start working. This was a scam to take advantage of busy people and charge an outrageous amount for one bottle of pills. I WANT MY MONEY BACK!

Something pop up on our computer Iphone for $ 1.00 and when you purchased Ultra Max for $ 4.95 which it never arrived the following day and we were charged $ 5.95 already and also to cancel before Dec.4 the fourtheen day from Nov. 20 to December 4th, so we called the phone number [protected] and we leave our message for cancellation to avoid future charges.
I was defrauded, in that it appeared that the trial was $5.95 but that is the shipping only. The actual; trial size was charged at $79.00, and then they bill monthly for something I never got. I now got a charge for $83.00 and have not received anything. Once they get your credit card, they just start charging. I am out $150.00!

they did exactly the same to me, in January 2019 i ordered their free trial which is advertising everywhere & i paid £3.75 & £1.75 & i noticed in February 2019 they have collected 2 sums of : £99.00 & £94.00 ( total of £193.00 ) from my account without my permission & authorisation, isn't these actions fraud ? how easy they are conning & fooling the people, who is going to stop them ? now i have fully lost all my trust even to these products as i am feeling if they are easily taking advantage of peoples trust & stealing from them, definitely it is possible that these product is fake & rubbish same as their service & we got to be careful about their product as well & God knows what are these tablets .
