Ultra Downy review: I would like a refund or a coupon that I can purchase regular Downy.

I bought Ultra Downy1.61 U.S. quart about 3 or 4 months ago. It was either at a Wal-Mart, Weiss or the local store. I tried to use the product in my wash on Sunday October 2, 2022. The Ultra Downy does not pour at all - instead it comes out as thicker blob.

I had to rewash my clothes because it just sank into me clothes. Fortunately for me the stain did come out. I tried to call the places where I made the purchase of the Ultra Downy, but they all told me if there is no receipt, they cannot help me because they do not know if the product was bought in the 90-day return policy.

Now I am stuck this bottle of Ultra Downy that I cannot use. I really like Downy products: that is why I purchase Downy all the time.

I usually use just Downy itself, but this Ultra Downy was on sale. If this is how the Ultra product works, I can say I will never but the Ultra Downy again because I do not like how it looks nor do I like what it does to my clothes.
