Ultimate Guitar review: I cancelled my trial period and I was charged 99.99 twice.

on 1/5/2026, I cancelled my trial and they charged my debit card twice for 99.99. and i cant get ahold of anyone to get my money back. All I did was want to check them out, but wow $198.00? And they hit my card twice for 99.99. Didn't ask me, didn't say anything. They just done whatever they wanted like iam rich or something. All I want is for them to return my money. That's all. I don't want guitar tabs that cost that much. Be careful giving them your information.
