I ordered from pete smith a couple of time over the past year, small orders about 100 quid on each occasion. Anyway i had run out and dropped him a line for some of my usual poison. he gave me the price and i paid into his natwest account as usuall. now the other times i had ordered from him, the orders took approx a fortnight to arrive, so after 3 weeks i dropped him another line, asking where it was? he said he would get it resent but after another 2 weeks nothing arrived...at this time he has still not returned any of my emails.

ive just found the other reviews of this blokes and it sound like im not the only one hes cheated...avoid dealing with him at all costs and do not send him any cash.

Another one to avoid at all costs is steriodsdirect.co.uk. I messaged this person, in this instance masquerading as Mark Bowman, regarding the purchase of anavar tablets. 3 weeks later hey presto no tablets. After numerous emails sent to the address not a single reply.
I did the same as most, set up another email address and sent another request for different tablets through the same website, and wow I got an instant reply. Clearly another scam, looking like the same person. Avoid at all costs folks !
if anyone is looking at bringing this pathetic piece of ### to justice, please contact me, I would gladly present evidence to support someone's case !

Dave Langley owns a forum called www.punter69.com, if you click the link it redirects you to another almost identical looking site called www.thaichatter.com . Perhaps it would be worth everyone that's been ripped off joining and asking the other forum members if they know what a ### owns that site. I'm sure it must be a money spinner or they wouldn't do it, might take some money out of his pocket.

Stanozolol, commonly sold under the name Winstrol (oral) and Winstrol Depot (intramuscular), was developed by Winthrop Laboratories in 1962. It is a synthetic anabolic steroid derived from testosterone, and has been approved by the FDA for human use.

Unlike most injectable anabolic steroids, stanozolol is not esterified and is sold as an aqueous suspension, or in oral tablet form. The drug has a high oral bioavailability, due to a C17 α-alkylation which allows the hormone to survive first-pass liver metabolism when ingested. It is because of this that stanozolol is also sold in tablet form.

Stanozolol is usually considered a safer choice for female bodybuilders in that its anabolic effects predominate over its androgenic effects, although virilization and masculinization are still very common even at low doses.

Stanozolol has been used in both animal and human patients for a number of conditions. In humans, it has been demonstrated to be successful in treating anaemia and hereditary angioedema. Veterinarians may prescribe the drug to improve muscle growth, red blood cell production, increase bone density and stimulate the appetite of debilitated or weakened animals.

Stanozolol is one of the anabolic steroids commonly used as an ergogenic aid and is banned from use in sports competition under the auspices of the International Association of Athletics Federations (IAAF) and many other sporting bodies. Stanozolol has also been used in US horse racing.[1]
Use in bodybuilding
Enlarge picture
Seized stanozolol tablets.

In bodybuilding, stanozolol is typically "stacked" with other testosterone-based anabolic steroids. Stanozolol is preferred by many steroid users due to the fact that it causes strength increases without excess weight-gain, promotes increases in vascularity, [citation needed] and will not convert to estrogen. It also does not cause excess water retention, and is thought to have a diuretic effect on the body.[citation needed]

Stanozolol is commonly used by athletes and bodybuilders alike to lose fat while retaining lean body mass. It is usually used in a "cutting cycle", to help preserve lean body mass while metabolizing adipose, although it has not been proven conclusively that it has any special fat-burning properties.

It is presented most commonly as a 50 mg/mL injection or a 5 mg tablet. However, recently 100 mg/mL versions have become available. A common dosage can be 10–25 mg/day orally and 25–50 mg daily injected, with optimal results usually seen at 50 mg/day. It is reduced to micrometer particles in aqueous suspension and does not have a typical elimination half-life. Authentic stanozolol can easily be seen, because it will separate in its container if left undisturbed for a number of hours (the micronized crystal will fall to the bottom, and the water suspension will rise to the top). It has a white, milky color.

An alternative to stanozolol is furazabol. Furazabol's effects are virtually identical to stanozolol except that instead of having an extremely adverse effect on cholesterol values, furazabol actually improves a person's blood lipid profile (at therapeutic doses, not performance enhancing ones).[citation needed] Sold under the trade name Miotolan, Furazabol is a standard treatment in Japan for hyperlipemia.
Detection of use

Stanozolol is subject to extensive hepatic biotransformation by a variety of enzymatic pathways. The primary metabolites are unique to stanozolol and are detectable in the urine for up to 10 days after a single 5-10 mg oral dose. Methods for detection in urine specimens usually involve gas chromatography-mass spectrometry or liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry.[2][3][4]
Law

In the United States, like other anabolic steroids, stanozolol is classified as a controlled substance under federal regulation. In New York, the state legislature classifies anabolic steroids under DEA Schedule III.
Publicized abuse cases

Ben Johnson was stripped of his gold medal in the 100 meter sprint at the 1988 Summer Olympics when he tested positive for stanozolol after winning the final.[5]
Olimpiada Ivanova was stripped of her silver medal in the 10 kilometer walk at the 1997 World Championships in Athletics after she had tested positive for Stanozolol, and she was banned for two years.[6]
Vita Pavlysh was stripped of her gold medal in shot put at the 1999 IAAF World Indoor Championships after she had tested positive for Stanozolol. 5 years later at the 2004 IAAF World Indoor Championships in Budapest, Hungary, she won the title again only to fail the drug test for the same reason. She was again stripped of her title and banned from athletics for life.[7]
Liudmyla Blonska, a Ukrainian heptathlete, tested positive for traces of Stanozolol shortly after finishing thirteenth at the 2002 European Championships in Athletics and in June 2003 was handed a two year ban, whereafter she returned to the sport.[8] At the 2008 Beijing Games, she was stripped of a silver medal and given a lifetime ban after testing positive for stanozolol again.[9]
Rafael Palmeiro was suspended 10 days from Major League Baseball on August 1, 2005, after testing positive for steroids.[10] According to the published report in the New York Times, Stanozolol was the steroid detected in Palmeiro's system. This came not long after he testified before the United States House Committee on Oversight and Government Reform on steroid usage in baseball, and he denied ever using steroids.
Barry Bonds is accused of using Stanozolol in Game of Shadows, a book by Mark Fainaru-Wada and Lance Williams. The accusations were first aired on 7 March 2006 by Sports Illustrated, which published excerpts from the book.[11]
Salvador Carmona, footballer, tested positive for Stanozolol in 2005 and 2006. He was banned for life by the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) due to repeated drug offences. Tribunal Arbitral du Sport.[12]
Magnus Hedman, footballer, was charged and convicted by Swedish court in June 2009 when he tested positive for Stanozolol. At the time he was a "ambassador" for Swedish anti-steroid organization Ren Idrott ("Clean Sports") and sports commentator for Swedish TV4. He lost both assignments as a consequence.[13]
Phil Baroni, former UFC and PRIDE Fighting Championship fighter, tested positive for Stanozolol following his June 22, 2007 fight against Frank Shamrock at Strikeforce: Judgment Day.[14]
K-1's 2007 World Grand Prix in Las Vegas finalist Zabit Samedov tested positive for Stanozolol following the August 11, 2007 event.[15]
Roger Clemens was reported to have been injected with Stanozolol (Winstrol) by major league strength coach Brian McNamee during the 1998 baseball season.[16]
2008 Triple Crown hopeful Big Brown was reported to have been injected with Winstrol, which is legal in some states in US horse racing, by trainer Richard E. Dutrow, Jr. [17]
Chris Leben, mixed martial artist, tested positive for the substance after UFC 89 where he was defeated by Michael Bisping and was suspended for 9 months.[18]
Kirill Sidelnikov, mixed martial artist, tested positive for the substance after Affliction: Day of Reckoning where he was defeated by Paul Buentello and was suspended for 1 year and fined $2, 500.[19]

Methandrostenolone (metandienone, methandienone, Averbol, Dianabol, Danabol, DBOL) is an orally-effective anabolic steroid originally developed by John Ziegler and released in the US in the early 1960s by Ciba.[1][2] It was used as an aid to muscle growth by bodybuilders until its ban by Congress under the Controlled Substances Act. However, methandrostenolone is readily available without a prescription in countries such as Mexico under the trade name Reforvit-b and is being manufactured in Asia and many East European countries, and subsequently is still seen on the United States black market.
Biophysiology

Methandrostenolone doesn't react strongly with the androgen receptor but still exerts its effects through the androgen receptor in vivo[3]. These include dramatic increases in protein synthesis, glycogenolysis, and muscle strength over a short space of time. In high doses (30 mg or more per day), side effects such as gynecomastia, high blood pressure, acne and male pattern baldness may begin to occur. The drug causes severe masculinising effects in women even at low doses. In addition, it is metabolized into methylestradiol by aromatase. This means that without the administration of aromatase inhibitors such as anastrozole or aminoglutethimide, estrogenic effects will appear over time in men. Many users will combat the estrogenic side effects with Nolvadex or Clomid. In addition, as with other 17α-alkylated steroids, the use of methandrostenolone over extended periods of time can result in liver damage without appropriate care.

The 17α-methylation of the steroid does allow it to pass through the liver with only a small portion of it broken down (hence causing the aforementioned damage to the liver) allowing it to be effective when taken orally. It also has the effect of decreasing the steroid's affinity for sex hormone binding globulin, a protein that de-activates steroid molecules and prevents them from further reactions with the body. As a result, methandrostenolone is significantly more active than an equivalent quantity of testosterone, resulting in rapid growth of muscle tissue. However, the concomitant elevation in estrogen levels - a result of the aromatization of methandrostenolone - results in significant water retention. This gives the appearance of great gains in mass and strength, which prove to be temporary once the steroid is discontinued and water weight drops. Because of this, it is often used by bodybuilders only at the start of a "steroid cycle", to facilitate rapid strength increases and the appearance of great size, while compounds such as testosterone or nandrolone with long acting esters build up in the body to an appreciable amount capable of supporting anabolic function on their own.
Usage
Enlarge picture
17α-methandrostenolone tablets confiscated by the DEA in 2008.
As tonic

In the early 1960s, doctors commonly prescribed a tablet per day for women as a tonic. This use was quickly discontinued upon discovery of the heavily masculinising effects of methandrostenolone.
Bodybuilding

However, despite the lack of any known therapeutic applications, the drug remained legal until the early 1990s.[[The United States Congress added steroids to the Controlled Substances Act as an amendment known as the Anabolic Steroid Control Act of 1990. This act placed steroids in the same category as amphetamines, methamphetamines, cocaine, and opiates as a "Schedule III" drug and possession of these drugs results in a felony. Contrary to popular belief, steroids were banned by Congress without the support of the FDA, the American Medical Association, the DEA or the National Institute on Drug Abuse.][4]]] its use by bodybuilders, and methandrostenolone continues to be used illegally to this day, typically being combined (stacked) with injectable compounds, such as testosterone propionate, enanthate, cypionate as well as other injectables like trenbolone acetate.

Several successful athletes and professional bodybuilders have come forward and admitted long-term methandrostenolone use before the drug was banned, including Arnold Schwarzenegger and Sergio Oliva.[5][6] Other steroids stacked with methandrostenolone are primarily, if not always, injectable compounds such as testosterone, trenbolone and nandrolone.
Detection of use

Methandrostenolone is subject to extensive hepatic biotransformation by a variety of enzymatic pathways. The primary urinary metabolites are detectable for up to 4 days, and a recently discovered hydroxymethyl metabolite is found in urine for up to 19 days after a single 5 mg oral dose. Several of the metabolites are unique to methandrostenolone. Methods for detection in urine specimens usually involve gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.[7][8][9]
Dr. Ziegler
See also: Weightlifting at the 1960 Summer Olympics

For a period of time Dr. Ziegler worked at the Ciba Pharmaceutical company, who supplied testosterone for experimental purposes. In the early 1950s his patients included people suffering from burns, as well as the seriously injured or handicapped. In 1954 he administered testosterone, for a period of less than 6 weeks, to several high-level competitive bodybuilders on an experimental basis, but had disappointing results. Dissatisfied and possibly overburdened with patients, he distanced himself from research into performance-enhancing drugs until May 1960, or possibly as early as 1959 (conflicting testimonials).[citation needed]

By the time of the 1960 European Championships in Milan he was understandably suspicious of the Russians - "the Russians are giving their athletes something." Therefore, he asked John Grimek to propose to his chief, Bob Hoffman that steroids be administered to members of the American Olympic team. Mr. Hoffman, however, was cautious and later remarked it was "too close to give to the men who will represent the USA". According to Grimek, "Apparently, he doesn’t think it will do that much good, and may even have detrimental effects, . . .He appears doubtful." Instead, Dianabol was given to two lower level lifters to investigate its effectiveness and safety. After that, Hoffmann retracted kos omak his decision and Dianabol was administered to certain Weightlifters on the team.[citation needed]

Everyone who ever tried buying anabolic steroids through different websites, knows it's highly risky. There are many people who take money and falsely promise the supply of steroids - they are known as "scammers". There is also a second category of scammers, where they send fake (bad) products which look same as originals to an untrained eye. Scammers normally work in anabolic discussion groups on the Internet where they use an e-mail address for orders OR they can set up a small websites offering steroids. Below is an example of some of the possible scams you must be aware:

1. The first category are people who call themselves the source checkers. It basically means they do everything to look genuine and offer a list of "good" suppliers. The emails or websites they give you, are ofcourse their own and used only to get your money. At the very moment, highly popular steroid forums in the USA are actually run by a group of professional scammers, working together through 2-3 websites (some UK forums are also infiltrated). All we can say is to stay away from so called encyclopedias, websites selling e-books with proven steroid sources, paid services with access to member areas with sources, etc... Never trust anyone who calls themselves a "source checker", even if they are nice and try to build trust. It is the biggest con in the steroid Internet world.

2. The second popular technique scammers use, is to publish some kind of scammer lists. Such lists are often manipulated by non-proven sources to look legit. Many websites have appeared selling steroids and also hosting scammer lists. The scammer list has now become the tool of the crooked source and the scammers themselves to discredit their competition. On each and every scammer list found online, you will find real scammers and also genuine good and reliable sources. The names of good operators are submitted to these lists by bitter rivals. Anyone can submit a name to these lists and there are no rules or requirements of proof, which makes such lists even more unserious documents. NEVER use scammer lists as a reference point to check out your supplier. They will be full of the best sources in the business submitted by small time scammers.

3. More modern scammers use different websites (online shops) selling steroids. You can identify which website is usually a scam by following:

- It may look unprofessional and without shopping cart system
- When you try to make a contact, you receive no answer
- They do not have any fraud prevention system (accept any customer...)
- They ship to any location worldwide, even if payed by credit card
- Website does not contain any "terms of use" regarding legal issues
- They never accept credit card payments, only WU, bank, e-gold...
- Prices are unusually low, same as black market, even if ordering only 1 small 1ml vial with worldwide delivery.

For example, our website uses online order status tracking, live chat support and we can accept secure credit card payments. We have a highly developed fraud detection system with customers black list. We ship only to low-risk countries in which we have years of experience. We have a policy where the price for individual products is decreased when order amount is increased. (actually, with bulk orders, you will pay the price similar to that on the black market).

4. Surfing the net, you will come across certain e-zines or websites claiming to be experts in the world of steroids. They claim to be associated with all kinds of wonderful people in the hard core bodybuilding world. They usually have a nice website containing detailed profiles of each steroid and sell a so called steroid bible or a members area access containing steroid reviews, photos, sources, etc... Don't trust every steroid website or "steroid guru" you find online, claiming to be connected and all knowing. Even if they give you advices, they are most probably amateur bodybuilders and hangers on who want to sell a subscription to you.

5. The last group of people we would like to point out are those who use an extortion in order to put a good legit source on the scammer lists. Fortunately this is rare but this creature does occasionally rear his ugly head. They are often known as reverse scammers. The scammer "buyer" threatens to put the source on a scammer list unless the source sends the products he ordered. Ofcourse, the guy has never ordered or paid for the products, so it's an extortion. Another variation is when someone uses a credit card for payment and when they receive the products, they go to the bank and request a chargeback, and at the same time send emails to the supplier they didn't receive anything and posting them to the scammers lists. We take several measures to prevent this. First, we have a large database of people who tried this with us - after one chargeback request, we will ban that customer and not allow him to order from us anymore. Furthermore, we will send complete order info to the bank, revealing what was ordered and where, from which IP and on which name, meaning this individual may get into legal problems. We know it may be drastic, but we need some kind of protection against scammer buyers and through years, it has clearly shown to be an effective one.

I have ordered off of Pete lots of times and he is not a scammer, the problem with you uneducated ###s is you don't understand that there is a 24 hour time difference between UK and Thailand that is why sometimes suppliers answer emails late does'nt mean they are ignoring you.
