I was receiving unemployment on the PEUC. Got paid 2 weeks benefits for 1st certification, then the next certification got ZERO dollars. I have not been paid in 8 weeks. I filed a protest 6 weeks ago and still have not resolution.
"In progress". My issue is: for how long? We as claimants are given 30 days to file a protest, but UIA has no such timeline? This needs to be fixed...

The uia his taking way to long to review your claim on a protest, I was told by in attorney that the uia as 21 days to review your protest and it's been 9 weeks, the law says that the uia as 21 ays but didn't go by it, so I need to fill a complaint on the uia in why they are taking more then the 21 days .and yes the uia as a time limit.so why say that the uia as a no time limit is a lie. Someone needs to review my protest and if I need to appeal again for the second time then I will .so can someone get with me in my protest .thank you
