I would like to share the incident:
On 22 February 2021, I made payment for deposit USD 250 for transaction Yuan and BTC Trading 5175188.
Up to this very moment I have not proceeded to use my deposit.
Since they only want to train me to buy yuan using application of any desk that can fully control my device, with this I felt uncomfortable.

So far the call communication is only one way, whenever they like to call / WA, but I cannot call contact them.
Please help to report to them to proceed to deposit refund USD 250.

very sad I am still cannot reach them since all the contact numbers are not in service.
