I went in to get my phone fixed on July 22, 2022. I wasn't even greeted. They stood and watched me come to the counter, and I am a very friendly person. I greeted them and showed the problem on my phone, which was a cracked screen. Not one of them smiled or chatted it up with me. I tried to strike up a conversation with the other employees. It was like zombieville.
He said they could fix it and to come back about 4 or 4:30pm and I said I would come back after 4:30 to make it safe. When I came back at 4:45pm, a different employee greeted me. The one man who took my phone was not there. She couldn't find my phone and said I would have to wait until her got back. Well that was another 15 or 20 minutes and when he came back it was obvious he had gotten a hair cut. Again - I was friendly no response. It was incredible and it was as if they were doing me a favor, which I was paying 157.00 for and they didn't gove a hoot about the customer.
Anyway I wanted to get this to you because I think you should care.
Desired outcome: Hopefully you can get people that care about me, the customer, and their job.
