I signed up for U tube tv late June 2024. I went thru the process and at the end I couldn't get it to work. I tried again a few days later when I had time and was successful. I like u tube tv and want to use their service. I noticed on my capital one bill I think about the first of august that I was being billed twice monthly. I contacted U tube tv and talked to someone and they took my complaint. Said they would look into it and got email that said I owed both of them. I filed complaint with my cc company and they denied it. Long story short they had me billed under 2 different google ids and I pointed it out and they said they would refund for 2 months of overpayment. I received 1 months refund. I have chatted back and forth telling them that I still have 1 months refund coming. I was told that a refund had been sent by my original method of payment Dec 1st. I have called capital one and they have not received it. I also provided u tube tv with copies of my statements proving the refund had not been received. I bounce from one person to another and it has not been resolved. If this doesn't work I plan to sue them in small claims for the amount plus cost.
