Tyres and More Midrand review: Bad after sale service

I took my car to Tryes and More Midrand on the 17th March 2022 to fit new front disk. Front brake pads and wheel alignment. The next day I went back to complain about a rattle from the left front disk. I was told that the pads needs to set in. I have to drive about 1000km.tge next week I went back and told them that the noise is still there. They drove it on there parking area and said there is no noise. I said I will be back if it is still there on the 11th May 2022 I went back because now there was a shudder when I hit the brakes between 100 and 80km..there is a new owner a big size Indian guy. He said that the work done was before his time but as a service to me he will check it out the shook the wheel to see if there was play. Nothing he took a torch and shown it on the disk and asked me to see if there was a gap. I said I don't work on cars u are the supposed expert. He then said there could be other problems. Maybe I hit a pothole. I adked if I did show me where my rim is buckled... He then said I ust take my car to the AA and get a report and bring it back.. Who is going to pay for that...I then went to tiger wheel midrand who advised me to take the car to Graaff Brakes in midrand.. There gave a report to say that the dish was warped and pads was 75%.i do Uber and have to be on the road I had it repaired by Graaff they skimmed the disk and buffed the pads and fitted new rear brakes shoes. Cost R1200. 00 by the way that said that tyres and more owe them money for repairs and won't pay. I went today 12th May 2022 to show him the report. He once again had stories saying that I had to take it to the AA for a report and then they will call out ATE to check the disk and pads. I have a business to run I can't be waiting for him. He adked what do I want to do. I said tge job is done car running perfect hit to brakes at 130km.no shudder. I asked to meet me half was give me R500. 00 he said he can't because Graaff report is not a true report. I told him thanjs but plse look out on Hello Peter because I will be posting. I put new tyres 2 days ago and it was not from Tiger wheel I fitted Dunlop I think I'm done with tiger wheel.. I have been fitting my tyres at tiger well for ice 10 15 years.. Maybe change is good.. I hope this fool gats taken to task
