I used tvweekly.com/extend to renew my subscription to TV Weekly, somehow I got a subscription to TV Guide. How are they on the same login? How do I fix it? Can you fix it? I don't need the stress attached to cancelling, refunding, new contact info, more card info, etc. If you're both using the same renewal page then you must have comms between offices. I'm too old to have to put up with this confusion. Sub ID 63959. Please help me with this. Stephanie Kettwig [protected]@juno.com.
