I used tvweekly.com/extend to renew my subscription to TV Weekly, somehow I got a subscription to TV Guide. How are they on the same login? How do I fix it? Can you fix it? I don't need the stress attached to cancelling, refunding, new contact info, more card info, etc. If you're both using the same renewal page then you must have comms between offices.
