Turkey bilkom distributor company complaint
I bought 55c728 tcl tv on 10 November 2022.
The product received had 2 dead pixels.
I returned the product and bought the 55c728 product again, and unfortunately this product had 5 dead pixels.
Then I returned it and bought a new 55c728 product, which is the third TV, and unfortunately this product had a freezing problem and a line-shaped staining problem in the panel.
I contacted Bilkom Turkey.
I said I wanted the product to be changed and that it was a legal right.
However, they said they would not replace the product and could only refund the price of the product.
The reason why I did not want a refund for the product was that these problems took about 5 months and the price of the product I bought for 12 thousand TL was 20 thousand TL during this period.
In short;
You are a global company.
bilkom tcl does not deal with me and ignores my legal right to "change the product".
please contact them and have my faulty product replaced.

It did the spotting/dusting detection again.
However, Bilkom says nothing will happen without staining and does not change the product.
You are a global company, you should solve this problem.
TCL is too bad for us now.
