I heard this ad on the radio and man, let me tell you, this business really went off the rails. They started spouting off some real close-minded political stuff, which I ain't into at all. I mean, I can't stand politics, but when you start attacking transgender folks and trying to make them feel like they don't even exist, that's just not cool. I get that small businesses have their own opinions, but they shouldn't be putting it out there for everyone to hear. If you got a problem with a certain group of people, you should handle it privately, ya know?

I ain't happy with the whole service at Tulsa Men's Clinic. It felt like I was at some car dealership, ya know? They kinda forced me into somethin' I didn't even need. I kept tellin' the doc that I ain't feelin' any better, and I had to keep pushin' him to do more blood work. Turns out, my "T" was double what it was s'posed to be. They didn't even have me scheduled for blood work for another 3 months! And even after I ain't satisfied with the results (which they promise), I canceled my services. But guess what? It's been 3 months now, and I've been callin' 'em every week to find out about my refund. And all they keep sayin' is, "We gotta send it to corporate, ain't nothin' we can do about it."

This is just a bunch of runaround, plain and simple!

In my opinion, this place is real shady. It's like they're sellin' testosterone as some kinda "speed" or "pick me up" drug.

On July 14th, I met with the doctor to get some injections, but on July 15th, I called them up to cancel those injections. They haven't bought the injections yet because they didn't know what strength I needed. I'm asking them to give me back $1995. I've been waiting for 2 weeks for someone from the corporate office to get in touch with me. The office in Tulsa says they don't have any contact with the corporate office and couldn't assist me in getting a refund for the services that weren't provided.

I tried their service, and the Dr. *** told me it wasn't working for me. They said I wouldn't be charged for the rest of the program since I obviously wasn't continuing and they hadn't provided the services and products. They waived some fees, but I still had a $600 balance. I called multiple times and finally spoke to a man named *** who said he would take care of it. However, I never heard back from ***. I called the office several times, and they said they would give him the message, but still no response. I'm receiving annoying calls and letters from a debt collector. I would prefer his help instead of involving an attorney for this, especially with some other muscle problems I've been experiencing since using their services.
