My uncle passed away on 25 aug 2022 and my mom who is the main member made a claim immediately. Up to this day 3 months later we have not received a payout. We called them countless times and every time they promise that we will receive the money before end of business. They now resorted to not picking up our call including the business owner. We've been going to their offices spending money that we don't even have but their clueless rude staff can't assist other than giving us their bosses' number which rings to voicemail. We had to take loans from loan sharks to bury a loved one and the interest on the outstanding balance is increasing rapidly. Please assist.
