Tshai Wright Law Firm Personal Injury review: Complaint

In May of 2020, I got into a car accident and was referred to Tshai Wright Law Firm. I reached out and she assign Keith Alexander to handle my case. A year went by, I completed my therapy. It was always a mission for me to stay on top of Keith and Right's Law office to close out my case with the medical facility. I had to flu from Vegas into Miami, just to get Keith and my primary doctor's office to get papers signed and completed on May 28, [protected]@ 5:03 PM EST. On September 22,2021, at 9:39 AM EST. I reached out to Keith for an update. I finally received a response from him at 11:52 AM EST. His response, "You will need to contact Ms. Wright's Office as I have moved on to another firm in West Palm Beach. There was no communication to me as the customer/client of a transition and to me that was very unprofessional.

Since September 22, 2021, I have reached out to Ms. Wright's office for about three months and left voicemail messages that went unanswered until I left a derogatory note on yelp about her company and someone finally called me back. She explained she is waiting on the at fault party's insurance to get back to her and she promised to follow-up in a few weeks. My phone never rings, no voicemails, or emails. I received a bill from my physical therapist around June stating the bill had not been paid for therapy from last year. I have spoken to the operator for Ms. Wright Law Office about three times (March 3, 2022,@ 12:44 PM EST; March 10, 2022, @ 2:18 PM EST; April 27, 2022,@ 3:06PM; and May 24, [protected]@ 3:48 PM EST with no call back from her.

The interesting thing about all of this is I had a passenger in the car with me at the time of the accident in May of 2020 and she went with another attorney to file her lawsuit and against the same at fault party's insurance and her lawsuit was closed like last year 2021. At this point the excuses Ms. Wright has given and"not given" are all irrelevant and lies to me. Hopefully my credit is not impacted due to the non payment of my medical bills.
