Since November of 2022, I have been investing in Bitcoin through the Blockchain. This investment was subsequently transferred to Trust Million Binary FX, a company that claimed to be registered in the United States. The investment was supposed to be a 24hrs return that has not turned in any profits.

During the investment period, I was charged several fees including one known as X-Bodies which they said was in accordance with US Crypto Currency policy. Ironically, I was made to pay this charge twice. I was told that was the only charge that needed to be paid in order to be able to collect my profits, which were by then projected at $18,875. After paying all those fees/charges, there emerged another hidden charge of $400 referred to as a withdrawal pin activation fee. I paid for that as well.

Just as it was time to collect my profits, I was hit again with a hidden fee of $1000 which was associated with your (Blockchain) policy before I could withdraw my profits. I insisted on seeing my profits reflected on my Blockchain Wallet before I could pay that charge. Instead, they sent me an email from their company with a link to view my profits. I also questioned why was it not on Blockchain. they told me it is your policy that until I pay the $1,000, you won't accept my profits reflected on my wallet.

I refused to pay this fee, I demanded the contract or conditions of investment where these policies are stated. Trust Million Binary and Blockchain refused to produce these documents. We engaged in a back-and-forth as they insisted that I pay the $1000 where we are stocked now. My refusal to pay this charge led to the intervention of a man they called Michael Novotaz, who was introduced as the Bitcoin Representative in North America.

I have the names of all those involved, the telephone numbers they use and, WhatsApp exchanges, should you be interested in them. They even attempted hacking into my account, I was just smart enough to have changed my password.

I am filing this complaint with you because it was your platform that was used to defraud me. Also, you failed to protect investors and or potential investors using your platform (Blockchain) from fraud companies using your platform. I also see this, according to their emphasis on your policy, your company is conniving with this rogue company to defraud investors. About a few weeks ago, I sent you an email through a promotion email you sent me enquiring about how to take legal actions against Trust Million Binary FX, but never got any response from you. To this present moment, they are still after me to pay the $1,000 so that I could collect my profits.

Below is a list of those guys

Alexander Nylon - Based in the US

David - Based in one of the Field Offices in Africa

Michael Novowitz - United States

Emily Francis - UK Office

Bryan Michigan - Based in the US or Canada

Desired outcome: want all my profits and or legal actions be taken against whoever is involved.
