"On September 20th, 2021, approximately @ 12:45 am, I. Christopher I. Pittman Fell victim of racially discriminatory practices/unfair treatment solely because of my race and living circumstances. I was being harassed by management, whist having my career sabotaged by "Rebecca" out of the (Everett, WA people Ready Branch.) The manager "Jason "constantly followed me around the property, made racist/abusive comments about my racial ethnicity, and living situation to other coworkers, and associates. after this horrific ordeal throughout the duration of my work shift, I felt endangered and provoked. therefore, I was forced to verbalize my discomfort, and asked to be sent of the premises. i was placed in a circumstance, in which was a detriment to my safety, and well-being having to walk home in an unfamiliar area after public transportation service ended. I am confident that this was intentional and deliberate to terminate my contract out of the people ready and its entirety. the next morning, I have contacted "Rebecca" at the Everett, WA branch, and she totally ignored my plea. It's been 2 years I've been reaching out to TrueBlue Inc. compliance with the same situational complaint, but to no avail.
Desired outcome: " All I ask is to be fully Reinstated, and resume work assignments given by People Ready Inc."

I had to file a federal lawsuit against Labor Ready on Aug. 29, 2019 No. Cv-19-7489PSG AFMx for me working 81 hours and not get time and half of 41 hours. This happened because Kevin Reed Senior Counsel lied to Jon Flores about their rights to split my hour in half by splitting the workweek down the middle. Labor Ready does not car about employees.
