Trip.ru review: I was not able to fly!

Hello ! My name is Inga Abramova. On Jul 15, 2017, I booked and purchased Air Berlin airline ticket from Moscow to San Francisco on Jul. 20 with 2 connections in Europ. I did it with Trip.ru travel company. After that, I contacted them many times on a phone and received a lot of e-mails from them including the control preparation list for my trip. I arrived in Moscow from another region for this flight. And was on time for registration. Then register attendee looked at my passport he tooled me that I can't fly because I don't have Schengen visa to make 2 connections in Europ and suggested me immediately to contact my travel agency in order to cancel the flight. I did. In a few hours, I called them again to find out what to do. I was ready to apply for that visa and make the changes. Ferst Trip.ru tolled me that I'll have to pay fines fee for 130euro for the flight change, then in an e-mail they tooled me that Air Berlin can't confirm my flight with opened dates. even I didn't ask them for that- in an opposite, I was ready to look for the new date and reactive Schengen visa. At the and of the day they told me they going to contact Air Berlin and to find out for possibilities. All this was on Jul 20. Finally On Jul 21 Trip.ru agent told me that my type of tariff doesn't allow me to change the ticket at all! And of course, it's not refundable. This is the whole story of the awful situation. I don't trust this travel agency and ask Air Berlin: 1. To give me truly information about my ticket tariff, and abilities I have for change the date of flight or those I had on Jul 20, then all that happened.
2. I would like to know if Trip.ru really contacted You on Jul 20 and 21, as I was told.
3. And last: if You'll confirm the information that my flight can't be changed, please, give me this opportunity as an acceptation consider all my unpleasant personal situation, expenses, and my real family needs to be in San Francisco, therefore I don't think it's folly my fold not to have Schengen visa. as soon as I wasn't informed of that. And I won't be able to purchase another ticket. Pluss issue of this case will take the huge amount of time to dial with Trip.ru.
I even may be agreed for one way ticket to SF
