I ordered a simple poster from trippystore.com on January 11. Although I received an email confirmation of the order placement, it is now January 24 and the poster has still not been shipped. Do not order from trippystore.com unless you want to deal with an excessively protracted delivery process.
DO NOT WAIST MONEY AT TRIPPYSTORE.COM. You will "Never" get your
order and you will "Never" get you money refunded. NEVER! Same as all the other stories here... RUN!
I'm here to put aside some of the negative complaints here, I feel like some people are just impatient.. It took 12 days for my shipment to arrive, and trippystore emailed me when my items were done being processed, when they shipped and it's estimated arrival time. I am happy and will be ordering from them again! (: thank you trippystore!
Trippystore has to have some of the worst shipping time and customer service ever, I ordered one tapestry that was supposed to be ready to ship in two days and its already been 3 WEEKS! A friend of mine also tried ordering from there and she didn't receive her package until nearly a month after placing her order! Obviously they do not care that much about their costumers, you're better off just finding the same products elsewhere.
This Website is a rip off, i 100% agree with everyone's hate for this store, they are super DISHONEST! and overall im not please with anything they have done. They charged me for my order and then get to the end and told me they can't send the one tapestry i ordered. now i paid for my full order and im going to only receive half of it. Do yourself a favor and order from a different website.
I ordered from trippystore.com and received my first tapestry after a week and a half. The second one took about two weeks. Overall I am satisfied with my purchase although I noticed that the quality on the second tapestry is a little worse than the first, but regardless no one is going to notice. The only complaint I had was that the it takes a while for them to ship it out to you. However once it is shipped, its shipped priority 2-day mail and you are given a tracking number so that you can track your package. That is something I was really happy about. Anyway the tapestries both have great designs and I will be hanging them up in my new apartment!

I am happy to say that most of these issues were resolved directly with the customer long ago. Although there are currently 9 complaints on this page, please consider that they span a period of over 3 years, and we frequently ship over 100 orders per day.
As for our shipping times, each of our items lists an estimated time-to-ship which appears on the product page, the shopping cart page, each of the checkout pages, the order receipt page, and the order receipt email. When placing an order, please choose items which state a time-to-ship that will be satisfactory for you. If you need your order right away, please choose items that are stated to ship within 1 business day.

Hey representative I just ordered a 110 dollar order yesterday and was given a discount yea right they send me a message saying I have to pay an additional 50 insurance fee and now they threatened to suspend my order that I already paid for dude I have a big family and I'm broke like I haven't eaten today because my family comes first and I worked hard for that cash man I NEED HELP PLEASE
I'm not asking for a hand out I just want my order they message me and say I have to pay an additional 50 bucks man I wish you knew how truthful I am and this is not cool COME ON MAN
They said it's in my home state and delivery was stoped till I pay a refundable 50 dollar deposit for insurance wtf man
I just ordered a tapestry from them and decided AFTER I had ordered to check if it was a reliable website. HOW DO YOU CANCEL AN ORDER IF YOU DIDNT MAKE AN ACCOUNT?
I returned a tapestry I ordered from them. They now have the product and have still refused to issue a refund. Do not order from them. They are DISHONEST!
Never ordering from this website again. Yeah they got cool stuff... But it has been about a month and a week since i ordered a poster from them and just today did i get an email saying it was shipped. Took almost 4 weeks for my tapestry to come in too
If u dont mind waiting a very very very long time to recieve your items this is a good site for you. Otherwise i would just try to find the item you want elsewhere. terrible website to order from.
This website is a complete rip off. Enough said.
I ordered two tapestries, both which said they would be shippied in 2-3 days, well here it is 10 days later and I've not heard a word from them. I've tried to contact them and I can't get through. My confirmation email that said they recieved my order was put in the wrong folder and deleted so I emailed and asked for my tracking information and such and I've not gotten a word back. I'm irritated. One of those is a gift and the whole package was supposed to be mailed out a few days ago. I had to call and tell them that their gifts wouldn't be there in time. I'm really disappointed. Their products look so neat and I figured they would take more care to keep their customers happy.
I agree. I ordered a tapestry and it didn't even ship after two weeks of waiting. I cancelled the order after telling them FOUR times that I wanted to cancel the order. I got an e-mail confirming the order was cancelled but the money was not refunded to me. I asked them about my refund- no reply. Do not order from this store. rip off.
I just ordered a throw from them and they are telling me that it is going to be 12 days to ship and then an additional 2-3 days for it to get to me. I am furious! They withdrew my money yet I have to wait nearly two weeks. I will NEVER do business with trippystore.com ever again!
I agree! Its been exactly 2 weeks since I placed my order (one tapestry) and they just sent me an email saying it will ship in the next 3-4 days! Im so disappointed, this was meant to be a gift but wont arrive in time. I wont be ordering from this website again! There is no reason to wait this long for a company to ship where there are so many better options out there! Im done with trippystore.com!
