in 2018 I made the mistake of ordering shoes from Tradsey. Affirm was to handle payment. I was to pay Affirm for the shoes once I received them.

I received the wrong item. I contacted Tradsey immediately and sent them back.

Tradsey issued a credit and I declined to use it. I was told that I had to contact Affirm. I contacted Affirm and explained. Affirm said Tradsey needed to send them their money back and they would contact Tradsey. Later I received a notice from Affirm that I still owe them for the order.

I sent Affirm the confirmation that Tradsey received the shoes back and that I do not owe anything to anyone.

I also contacted Tradsey again. I ask them to please communicate with Affirm the status of this transaction. After many emails and phone calls,Tradsey said it had been too long and it is too late to refund money to Affirm. Affirm then held me responsible for the payment. I refuse to pay it and it has been on my credit now for 6 years.
