Trading Planet Ltd. review: no puedo cancelar pedido 27

I purchase Acai Berry Detox which stated that it was a free trial at a cost of £4.95, I couldn't take them as they caused pains in my legs. I needless to say did not want anymore. However they sent me another supply at a cost of £82.95. I am going to try and get onto the company tomorrow but looking at other complaints on the internet I would not be to hopeful that I will have any success!

I thought I was ordering a free sample of the product life cleanse for $5.95 shipping and handling. I rec'd the one bottle and was charged on my mastercard Sept. 25/09 a sum of $133.98. I would like a refund please, I will be returning the product. And on Nov. 12/09, I rec'd another bottle of colon cleanse and was charged $137.13 and $11.86 for shipping and handling. Both bottles I rec'd had the exact same ingredients. I will also be returning the 2nd bottle and would like a refund. The total amount owing to me is $282.97. Please cancel anymore orders you are planning on sending to me in the future. I realize you have a big complaint department, and it does state in your terms and conditions you have the right to send more at a cost of 79 pounds and 3.95 pounds for postage. Please cancel asap. This is not a fair or honest way to do business.

I ordered free samples of 3 tablets that were suppose to help with weight loss. I had to provide credit card details to cover the postage. It was a surprise that the 3 tablets were sent separately so I was billed for 3 separate postage payments.

I couldn't even take the tablets. One of them contains caffeine which was not discolsed on the interent. Another tablet contains silicon dioxide (thought to cause numerous health problems).

The company then sent another bottle of each tablet (separately) and charged an exorbitant amount for the tablets. 79 pounds + 3.95 pounds postage for each bottle of tablets. This was not made clear on the internet.

I rang to cancel any further orders & ask if I could return the extra product that was sent to me. I was advised that the tablets were unrefundable.

hello, im very surpris to receive this order today by the post, when i open the enveloppe i sow the product and i much there take to my account £82.95p for one small bottle of colon cleanse.i promisse you i never ever order this and why there take my money .i want now them to give me back my money to my account .is very dis gasting this .i returned this today by the special delivery/signature.friday or monday morning there we receive the packet.

I had responded to the advertisement of Acaiberry & had requested for a free trial package. In the ad it was specified that I would have to pay for the shiping charges, that I did. 15 days after receiving the free trial package, I received another package in the mail, for which I found that my credit card had already been charged by $131.20, as well as another $11.97 was to be paid to the mail delivery person.
It was not mentioned in the ad that once we disclose our credit card information it would be mandatory to receive the shipment every month. This is clearly a fraud.

I ordered a product from this company 3 months ago using my credit card. Then yesterday I received notice that here was a pkg. @ the post office for me It turned out it was a pkg. from this company that I didn't order & they wanted me to pay for the shipping $11.84 I refused the pkg 7 had it returned Then today I came home to another pkg. on my doorstep from this same company with an invoice in it saying that I'd ordered something & Thank-you for payment of L82.95 Thats ALOT of money for something I DIDN'T order Then when I called the phone # provided I was told to call back between 8am & 8pm GB time mon-fri I'm very upset That this company has taken it upon themselves to fill an order for me & charge it to my credit card THIS is FRAUD

Bank of Montreal MASTER CARD was trying to explain to me that the Trading Planet Ltd. has in its terms a clause by whcih the Trading Planet Ltd. is authorized to charge the credit card even when it is cancelled. To my surprise this was acceptable to MASTER CARD.

The practices of Trading Planet LTd. are known to the MASTER CARD, and yet, they do not want to consider their business as a fraud in spite of abundance of evidence that it is fraud.

Does MASTER CARD have any interest to protect the Trading Planet?

I am going to terminate my MC today.

The Aciaberry detox info & references looked good but in retrospect and in light of the negative publicity, I called the company through their Canadian toll free number and cancelled within the proscribed 15 days. Cancelled my credit card. I have since received -Dec. 3, 2009 - an email message from Trading Planet Ltd. that because of order backlogs they cannot ship my order (I placed no order) now but will in a few days. Is there anything more I can do to eradicate this problem?

I sent for a free sample of Acai Berry & Colon cleanse on 24.8.09 and I have since been sent 4 of each of the jars even though I did not order them. I have tried phoning to cancel the goods but the phone is put down .I have written and sent e mails but still the goods keep coming .I am now in the process of cancelling the credit card (Barclaycard). I am now at a loss to know what I can do as all things so far seemed to have failed and these conmen are winning all the time!

This company claims to offer a free trial (acai berry & life cleanse capsules) for the charge of post and packaging. They do not fully disclose in their terms and conditions that they will take a further amount of money - in my case £82 without first obtaining permission to do so. I can not shut down the next deliveries.

This firm sent me a product I NEVER ordered. I just ordered ONE box of Acai Berry, and I found it not useful, so I didn't ordered another.
They sent me a second box, and they took money from my credit card.

I ordered the products and I must admit I don´t read all the information, however it seems unfair that Planet Trading LTd. force me to keep paying their products. And what if I'm not satisfied after the trial period? Why not warn in a more obvious way the obligatory subscription after the test period? Why not have an email where you can communicate with them? Nor am I willing to pay any fees if they do not record the suspension of shipping of products. I do not want to receive anything from Planet Trading LTd.

I received from Trading Planet Ltd the above items that I ordered from the Trading Planet website as ‘FREE OFFERS’ with delivery charge only. However, my credit card has been charged $399.90 (2 x $199.95 or £261.74 in total). The payments were taken on 30 Mar 11, in USD exchanged into GBP from an address in Cyprus for ‘MENS CARE’ and ‘INFANT SUPPS’. This is fraudulent malpractice and I am extremely displeased. I agreed only to the free offer and not to any other payments and I demand an immediate refund. I have taken advice from the local police, my legal advisors and my credit card company who are assisting me with the investigation.

However, before I take this any further I would ask that you immediately refund the money to my credit card after which I will return the goods to you without delay.

I look forward to hearing from you very soon with an immediate refund of £261.74 to my credit card, the details of which you already hold.

Also, they are using PurpleSky LTD at Cyprus for Europe. Lately, they are using some companies opened to process credit cards for the porn industry (LB Pride Studios, LB Envision Net Worldwide, etc.- all of them are Local Billing Companies – LB stats for LB).
The business model is to offer a FREE SAMPLE, only charging you the postage (this is an excuse to get your credit card number) and, then, due to HIDDEN Terms and Conditions, charge people incredible amounts of money for pills and nutraceuticals (in some cases more than 80€ /bottle), which in any retail place cost less than 6 US$ per bottle.This business model is, basically, A SCAM.

Do not be fooled by this entry, it is from the comapny you have had/will have issues with and is another attempt for them to try and persuide you into waiting a couple of weeks before you cancel the product.

Please search this complaints website for : Trading Planet / Life Cleanse / Dazzlesmile pro / Acia Berry and you will see the same entries in response to a huge number of global complaints about this scamming bunch of tossers.

DO NOT BE FOOLED - YOU WILL LOOSE 100's of $ or £ if you sign up for thier ' Free Trial' this is a subscription scam and nothing more.

They did right by me. I ordered it and had a friend order, too, because it was a good deal and I liked what I got. Both of us had good experiences and called to cancel and were treated professionally. This is the number I called +[protected] but I also found this one which was a free number [protected]. Lots of grousers on this site...or maybe some of you guys are their competitors? Who knows. Anyway, I can only speak from my experience which was positive.

If you paid for a free trial with a credit card or banking account, then you better check it. You may have gotten charged for the shipment you just received.
