Toyota Prima Pearl Auto Sdn Bhd review: Irresponsible admin support - appointment make but unrecorded

Hi PIC,
I have made an appointment thru phone call with a Malay girl admin at [protected] on 28 Dec 2021 at 16:26, done the appointment with the time slot on car service date on 5 Jan 2022 at 8am.
It's really too bad when I came in early this morning 5 Jan at 7:50am as per schedule for my car service appointment but the maintenance guy said there was no appointment recorded for my car service☹️ I have to put it under non appointment and will longer time to wait here?
Please help to look into this matter seriously, what is your admin responsibility? One answer don't have record then as a customer I can't said anything even I can showed them the history I called, please improve the attitude on your admin, be responsible and do their job correctly when the appointment have been called, do not waste our time.
