Toyota Motor Corp review: Complaint

On June 7, 2021 I purchased a 2018 Toyota Camry from the Toyota Company, unfortunately, the car was totaled on July 17, 2021. Toyota is giving me the hardest time about getting any cash back from my gap insurance. The insurance company paid them off and I should get something back. Toyota is saying the insurance company did not pay the car off, knowing that the car depreciated as soon as I drove it off the lot. I ended up without a car and no monies to purchase another one. Toyota did not treat me fair and for this we have a problem.
