Technician comes to assess our leaky fridge that no longer makes ice or dispenses. He calls Samsung for recommendations. They tell him to replace everything, he comes back a couple weeks later to replace everything. We paid 1400.. Fridge is leaking even worse now. They send a second tech out, This guy finds what he believes was the actual problem (a broken mechanism that seals the doors when closed), cost: about 250). They won't order this part for us until we pay them for the last service call which I feel should be on them because the work they did prior did not fix the problem. So now were out 1400. and the fridge still leaks daily. My complaint is that their techs should be able to [censored] the problem without simply calling Samsung who will obviously recommend they buy more parts. Don't buy a Samsung fridge and if you do, don't call Totem to help you when it breaks. It's all a big racket.
