1) I have been waiting for a glass lid for my stove since December 2024
I have send numerous mail to different people in the company, according to them they were looking for a new supplier eventually they found a lid in March this year. The lid arrived and to my suprise the lid was all but new, the glass is scratched and the sticker on it is faded and someone tried to remove the stickers from the glass.
2) the bracket that holds the the lid to the stove is not nearly the some as indicated in my photos. I have send them photos of the brackets and the correct serial number and model of the stove.
This is unacceptable, money and time waste
I am really unhappy about this matter,
Desired outcome: supply with the correct lid and free delivery ,since i paid for the delivery
