Toronto Public Library review: Toronto Public Library is such a hopeless total city bureaucracy to me

No reply/response whatsoever from the Yorkwoods (Public Library) Area Manager at the time as per my Nov 3, 2014 email:

"Ms. Mathis,
I believe I have been very patient communicating with some of your management level personnel, however, I feel strongly that these "Managers" simply keep ignoring me
I am asking for your intervention & assistance in addressing my current concerns as stated in my emails about the TPL
Thank you"

Toronto Public Library senior management connected to both Yorkwoods & Jane/Sheppard Library in my personal experience would only drag, be nothing but all political/meaningless/actionless if not ignore or act increasing rude, bullying, censor my voice & threaten/punish me with what they have full control of when dealing with my face-to-face, over the phone & written complaints & communications for over 16 years!
