As I have been voicing out the wrongs & incompetency of Toronto Public Library bureaucracy, not only some nameless library employee has threatened me with censorship against my right to free speech & my freedom of free expression as guaranteed by the Canadian Charter of Rights & Freedom for all of us, I feel some form of opportunist vengeance targeted openly & directly at me repeatedly by the same returning hostile male at jane/sheppard library UNPROVOKED.

It seems to me that the jane/shepperd branch head was so appreciative to this male who kept eyeballing & staring at me (whom they found disliking as a result of my continued complaining about them) that she allowed this bullish male to keep intimidating & threatening me. This jane/shepperd branch head also let this bully criticized me & did an open speech of personal judgements, accusations & lots of psychological assessments against me in the presence of other library patrons. Not only this bully was allowed to pass on his negative words against me for more than 25-35 minutes total, but this branch head also disclosed my name in the presence of other people AND THIS BULLY who has been acting so hostile against me REPEATEDLY. Talking about OPEN & DIRECT VIOLATION OF MY PERSONAL PRIVACY & BREACH OF TRUST AND POTENTIALLY JEOPARDIZING MY SAFETY.

Toronto Public Library Top management, how would you personally feel if a hostile person keeps eyeballing you. When you try to avoid eye contacts, this person keeps changing position & moves near & more near you, keeps eyeballing you. Picture this if you are someone who cannot work from home or have fancy computers or costly internet at home.

I FEEL THREATENED & NO REAL HELP FROM JANE/SHEPPARD LIBRARY PERSONNEL AT A TIME OF NEED AS USUAL. THIS BULLY WAS ALLOWED TO RETURN & CONTINUED HIS EYEBALLING INTIMIDATION AT ME AFTER A BRIEF ABSENCE. Moreover, both the security person & branch head were indicating that I asked too much help from them.

I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT WANT TO WASTE MY TIME SEEKING ANYTHING FROM THESE LIBRARY PEOPLE IF THEY HAD DONE THEIR JOB UP TO STANDARDS & IF WE HAD A SAFE & QUIET LIBRARY ENVIRONMENT WHICH I HAVE BEEN FIGHTING FOR OVER SIXTEEN YEARS!
