Tomne Cavalier Renee Wise review: Dog breeder 1

I was originally suppose to get a tri color puppy from her. In pictures the puppy looked small and sick. She assured me it was fine. later she said it aspirated and had an ammonia. Later it died. She agreed to give me a girl. I was very concerned the pictures she send where horrible the dogs where dirty and the conditions where disgusting. The day before picking up the puppy she informed me the puppy had coccidia. Her dogs are sickly because the conditions are disgusting. She was rude and very difficult about returning my deposit. I do not recommend using her.
