I have zero complaints. For all the people that are complaining of not winning a simple solution to your problems DO NOT BUY THEM EACH OF YOU ARE ADULTS YOU ONOW THE RISK BEFORE PURCHASING THE TICKETS ITS CALLED GAMBLING. I've had my fair share of winnings and losers but im not going to cry over something I knew the risk of before doing it. There is risk in buying stocks etc. If you want a way to make money buy bonds or put your money in a savings account the lottery isn't a get rich fast kind if thing... look at my winners :) no free tickets here

The Tennessee lottery is a scam.It a fixed system were they pocket billions off dollar and at best give out free ticket if you’re super lucky to get they. The pay out they say they pay out.Is a simple trick were they put the cash amount off free ticket on the ticket.So they say they paid out this much money.what a joke the lottery is it so bad they lot time use the same people to pretend to win the lottery over and over again huge scam all the way around. Think about how manny time you won on a ticket and it only added up to a free ticket?
Yes and lately that's all you win, jumbo means ticket more than one number means ticket one number means ticket. I truly believe they have taken almost every winner out except ticket or equivalents other than the ones obligated to show and have you seen how slowly the numbers change on those recently, so your odds are very low to even catch a book with a winner in your city! They are a for profit business and folks(tn) the cost to put a freshman. In a community College isn't touching the amount they get in tax write offs! And do you know more tn residents with or without a senior in high school? Now how many of those do you know whose child is planning on taking a SMALL grant from the lottery to go to college and the other amounts aren't crap to what they give. They are shoveling profit and Don't mind being greedy and looking like they Do when they dont...make winners winners, wouldnt it be great to have a federal lottery non profit for our country uncle Sam and collect there profit margin for the good of our country they can't even be good to the community.
Are you high? Did you read what you said before posting none sense. Also you don't take out a grant with lottery to go to school. When you fill out a Fafsa you are just given it. You don't have to pay a penny of it back just for being a Tennessee resident. I got like 4000 dollars in scholarships funds to help pay for college and was very thankful they did, once again I didn't ask for it I was given it bc I'm a resident. If you, your kids, their kids, your family went to college and filled out a fafsa to get a Pell grant etc you will be given it without asking for it.

I just bought 36 $2 Jumbo’s and literally walked away with (3) free tickets and $2 dollars. Really! It says the odds are 4:1 that’s like 9:1. I never even broke even on scratches offs but it’s fun to play on Friday evening when I get off work. But it’s getting worst and worst. I will not give them another dollar
I used to really enjoy the scratch off tickets. Especially the crosswords ones. I can get a few of the $3 crosswords and have fun spending a few minutes playing them without breaking myself. I used to play the $10 one back a few months ago. The winners of those got so scarce that I now only play if I win a little on the $3 ones. This is going to sound like a huge exaggeration but it's not. In the last 6 months I've played around 70 of the $10 ones and have won only one, ONE that was a $20 winner! I also won $10 or a ticket 7 or 8 times. It's just absolutely incredible! I don't play to win a bunch of money. That would be foolish to think that I would make money but we should all have a expectation to have a winner on every 6 or 7 times you play. I know for a fact that I have won zilch on the last, at least, 30 of the last ones I played. Earlier I said that I only play to $10 ones when I win on a $3 one. Well sadly that has become too rare to even play them. This isn't about being a sore loser. I know that the money goes to a good cause...as far as I know. I talked to someone working at the TN lottery and she told me that if you buy a $10 scratch off and you win a $10 free ticket that it is looked at like you win $10. Even though you break even TN factors it into the odds as a win. I'm pretty sure that's why you see many more of those than a actual winner. Maybe I am just a very unlucky player but it seems like it's that the winners aren't there as they once were. The only way it may change for the better(for us) is we just stop playing. November 7th powerball drawing was rigged.How long have they been rigged?I have been playing Powerball since I was 18.I am now 43.I feel I have played for nothing all this time.I know the odds of winning are astronomical. I'm not stupid,but there is a chance. Now I know there is no chance and want 25 years worth of playing my money back or at least since it went digital. The balls need to be dropped physically on live tv and then weighed on screen after.I will never give another dollar to the lottery and hope everyone stops playing after this blatant fraud.We cant trust anything anymore. Our elections are fraudulent now the lottery is fraudulent. The Power Ball viewing of the results was rigged, there was a technical difficulty on November 7, 2022 where no one saw the random drawing of the balls being dropped because they check the system to make sure none of the numbers called out correspondent with any of the numbers picked or through random quick picks or personal pick numbers. The bank institution that collects the Powerball money will generate a hefty interest rate off the money collected. But somebody will eventually win but only after they have drawn the hefty interest generated off the money collected from whichever bank that keeps the money.
I personally won't play any computer generated game where they can program the computer to pick numbers...Tennessee cash is in there with cash 3 & 4...
I’ve always said the drawings seem like their picking the least played numbers ., I mean it’s computerized so yeah cheating is gonna be hard to catch but it’s as simple as turning a play card into a machine and the machine would send all numbers played to the main computer #presto main computer picks the least played numbers .., it’s a scam and the scratch offs are even worse .., Tennessee is relatively big everyone plays at every gas station or quick stop yet no one wins or very few people . A lot of free tickets and 2/3$ Winners .. it’s a complete rip off!..
Did you check stats before you bought if your a competitive player you gotta check stats and buy out of the same roll same gas station you’ll… the first time I started buying bulk I messed up I didn’t check the stats it was hot 5000. It’s remaining prizes where like… remaining prizes 2000/30$ 100/60$ 0/5000 but I still bought probably over 50 tickets and won at most 30 all together…. I checked so see witch ticket has the most prizes left and the and it’s had 33000 left so I started playing it and 2nd ticket in won 100
Stats are actually useful so your not buying blank tickets basically and I don’t ever play Toto win the jumbo prizes because it’s very unlikely that’s very lucky I go for 100 dollar winners and you can get them if you study the game and don’t buy any different types of tickets stick to it and you’ll succeed just don’t spend irresponsible I do 20 a week and can only buy more tickets with the profit I make out of it so I can earn my 20 back and play still but if I lose it all I’m done for that week but if you put half of what u win up you’ll never go dry

3weeks ago I purchased a $10 Red Hot 500, 000 scratch off at a neighborhood BP gas Express located at 4104 Raleigh/Yale an was cheated out of my winnings I noticed the register rung up $100 she gave me $10 because it was a new game I had never played before off of the row [protected], also when I entered the store there was another young lady giving the cashier a few choice
Tn lottery cash3/cash4 numbers are completely rigged. They are %100 in control of what numbers drop and when. There is literally no oversight in the drawings. Continuous repeat numbers.. like an absurd amount of back to back drawings of the same exact numbers.. the payouts are minuscule in comparison to other states with the same population as Tennessee. Probably over 10x smaller average payouts. There is just no way to have such small payouts in a state with over 8 million people in it.
I have no clue how someone can prove it.. but someone, somewhere needs to do something about it.. I have never hit one of my big cash3/cash4 in the 7 years I have lived here.. in Florida or Georgia (where I’ve lived) I would hit one of my large payout picks. at a minimum of twice a year. But in tn, nothing.. 7 years. Their computer system easily dodges around players like me.. People that play 100-300x of the same number.
I totally agree. The cash 3 and cash 4 are indeed rigged and something needs to be done about it. There’s zero oversight over this system. The repeat numbers are ridiculous.
Yes totally agree I played the Tn pick 3 and 4 numbers, I play the same numbers daily and keep track of the numbers that fall! There are numbers in the pick 3 that hasn't fell in over 12 years, just not possible! There are 988 draws per year so when a number goes 12 years and doesn't hit you know its rigged!I started driving back to KY. To get my numbers weekly more people should start doing this. I knew when they went from live drawings with the balls to the electronic generated number picks it was going to ring the drawings! By doing it the way they do it the computer can calculate every number that has been played and the payouts so it pays out to the lower payout numbers played. The only exception is on triple numbers, but there is so many triple numbers played on any given day they just drop them every so often because they don't ever lose on the huge triple amounts, if the payout gets too high on triples or quads on puck four it not allow that number. There isn't any way to prove it but if people woukd take their money to neighboring states it may get their attention. I never play Tn lottery anymore too one sided. Also if you don't believe me follow the numbers for about 90 days you will see the patterns.
The only way I think they could be caught is someone needs to look at their books..and would need access to the numbers that are played VS number that is drawn. I would guarantee that they would see that the drawn number coincidently is just one digit from being a major payout or the popular number falls on day that just so happens to not have a big pay out on that day(so they can say “see that number falls”)
Also, if you compare our payouts in tn to let’s say Georgia. Recently 212 came out and it payed over 2 million in Georgia. 212 fell in Tennessee and it payed like $80,000..
Anyway, if someone could look at the money Tennessee is collecting on their cash3 cash4 sales I bet it’s the same if not more than what Georgia is collecting on their sales. Yet our payouts tiny in comparison. It is a computer program that chooses what numbers draw to minimize payouts on that day to make more profit, and just like a slot machine has large payouts here and there.
Our payouts are too small for how big our state is and for how much money they are taking in. It is absolutely absurd they can get away with this..
Last thing… I could be in possession of a functioning time machine. Travel back in time knowing the number for cash3. Buy 3,000 tickets exact order and I would still lose in tn. The program would just change it to another number that didn’t payout 3,000 exact hit tickets…
I do go to Kentucky as well. But they too have switched to computer draws.. but their payouts are much larger than ours so probably more ethical than TN..
I am a player that buys 100-300 tickets of the exact same number and I play it every draw, every day and I do it for years. It doesn’t matter what number I chose, once I choose it, the number magically falls off the face of earth never to be drawn again. Until 1-2 days after I finally give up.. I have kept every ticket and I can prove it.

We need an independent oversight committee that includes a mathematician/statistician and some other qualified investigators. They need to be allowed to do random unscheduled audits and have access to any drawing at any time. Our state government brings in so much money off of the lottery that I doubt we will have any luck with our state officials. I have also been noticing some major statistical irregularities that are in favor of the lottery. I was spending upwards of $800-$1,100 per month on the lottery until this Powerball fiasco. The California lottery‘s official Twitter page had posted early in the wee hours of the morning about the delay. Then bam, a single winner in California. If you look at the Lotto America statistics, in regards to the All Star Bonus Frequency, which is in essence a multiplier like power play is to powerball. They have a 2x, 3x, 4x and 5x. The frequency goes in order the exact same way from lowest to highest.
The statistics go all the way back to 2017 when the game was revived. The 2x bonus has been drawn 250 times, the 3x has been drawn 181 times, the 4x has been drawn 69 times and the 5x has been drawn 52 times. I’m no mathematician but this is extremely strange. all of the games in Tennessee are now computer generated numbers. Any time a computer is involved there is risk of fraud and theft. I plan on compiling as much data as possible and putting it out there for the public to see. I will also be sending it to lawmakers in my state. This is fraud and on a large scale.
Why is it that the $2.00 Jumbo bucks cant be won. as of 5/13/21 there is about 45, 000 prizes listed above $100.00. I have purchased about $560.00 worth in the past three months. The majority of the prizes are tickets, $2. and $3. The highest prize I have won is $20.00. The Jumbo prizes are always $1.00 or $2.00. What happened to the $100.00 jumbo they use to have. I can understand why the Tn Lottery is the 4th lowest in payouts/
I've been playing and I've spent a damn fortune on the $2 jumbo and the 5 dollar jumbo and I've not won back anywhere near what your supposed to be winning back playing the lottery! In gambling you should get back around 35 cents out of every dollar you spend on average and I'm getting back about 15 cents and I'm being generous here I believe it's about 51 to 52% pay back! At least that's what it comes out to be when your gambling in a casino and that's average you'll be up and down but with this damn jumbo game it's all down every damn time! Not to mention the fake tickets inn the $5 dollar jumbo game that I tried to report numerous times on!y to be told that they are not fake even though the latex is so hard to scratch off you'll almost scratch the numbers off under it! Someone is robbing the poor people of this state blind and it's supposed to be funding college for any child wanting to go but now the state is making building traits a college class and making it so complicated to get money that poor kids don't make it past their first year of college!
The most recent commercial that I saw for the tn lotto was aired last night during a tn titans football game and I have to say it was racist and biggetted. you have to do better! you need to pull this commercial and seriously rethink the message that you are sending with your commercials! this one showed a white privileged male who clearly has a good job (enough to spend on lotto tickets) helping to give money to the education program so an underprivileged black woman can get funding for a better education - one that they assume she can't afford without a "helping hand". this is so wrong on so many levels. shame on you tn lottery!
I don't know but I dilo..These scratch off tickets don't pay at all! I go to random stores an buy numerous of tickets but never win..So I decided to stop buying them for awhile..Today I stop and bought $25 worth of scratch offs and won absolutely Nothing..Tickets from $10, 5 and $2 mix..I'm convinced now more than ever that it's a scam! People please spend your money on something more valuable like investments...You will never Win playing these scratch offs!
The scratch off tickets in Tennessee are a real joke. I have purchased several of the Jumbo Bucks 30 dollar tickets but I have never won anything, not even a free ticket. A lot of people says that it's gotta be the part of Tennessee you stay in. The Lottery Board try to keep the winning tickets in the eastern part of the state is what I've been told but that's really cheating people outta their money ... it's terrible
EVERYONE that reads this post. Call the president of the TN lottery everyday if you can. Let them know they are falsely advertising wining odds on scratch offs. TN lottery took over %40 of wining tickets out of there machines. Report them to the better business bureau. I’ve been a loyal player for years. But tonight that stops. I’m sick of being a sucker. Tnlottery called me twice in the last 3 yrs. I kept saying hello..hello! There was a long silence then the phone hung up. Each time I did a trace and it came up Tnlottery. I tried to call back and they wouldn't answer the phone. It was around the time for the "PLAY AGAIN" quarterly drawing each time. This job shouldn't be given to just one person or the phone call should be on speaker phone when calling winners because I think they're just holding the phone and pretending no one is answering if it's someone they don't want to win. I have been suspicious of Tnlottery for since that happened. Someone should check into this. I was very committed to tnlottery but those two calls got me to thinking...some one is a crook in this game.

tn will continue to cheat if we continue to allow it. the tn lottery are letting the lowest payout numbers hit for the cash3 and cash4 drawings.when you hit for a large amount when playing cash3 or cash4 you get 75% of the total amount in the whole state.that is impossible they are cheating people and something needs to be done about it.

No... Here what is really happening. Many of the gas stations are owned by the last named Patel which is owned by Indians. They have a lot of access to discarded scratch off tickets left by customers that they then take and enter online themselves. I mentioned this very same thing a while back on the TN Lottery Facebook page and they deleted my comment.
