TLC Paving and Sealcoating – Driveway sealcoating

Last year I hired TLC from your recommendations. He did a very poor job and I rated him a two. He called me to make things better and said he would come this year and redo it for free if I took down my comment. Well trustworthy me I did and he would not return my calls and of course never did the job. I had to hire another company to fix his poor quality work. It's called TLC Paving and Sealcoating and I do not recommend him at all.
