Pengalaman buruk dari agency ini selepas ambil maid dari agency ini. Langsung tak ada service dan apa yang disetujui langsung tidak dipeduli.

Bila saya minta ganti maid tetapi pengurus langsung tidak bersetuju walaupun masih dalam 3 bulan. Pengurus (apa yang diketahui pengurus itu boss sendiri) hendak saya bayar lagi RM3000++ untuk ganti maid yang baru.. walaupun maid itu sendiri yang hendak balik apatah lagi saya bahru bayar RM6000-RM7000 untuk ambil maid tersebut... lepas itu pengurus kata saya tidak baik dengan maid itu... sebab itu dia mahu balik...
Lagipun perkhidmatan mereka sangat buruk... kalau awak talipon boss (suami dan isteri), dua dua tidak langsung hendak jawab talipon .. pekerja mereka sendiri juga complaint... saya sendiri nampak pekerja cuba talipon boss tapi dua - dua boss tidak mahu angkat talipon bila ada masalah untuk berbincang. Bila saya pergi pejabat T&L, awak boleh nampak sendiri ramai pelangan complaint.. nasib tak baik ambil maid dari mereka.. jauh jauh pun tak apa masihkan perkhidmatan yang bagus ...

If you are thinking of getting a maid from this agency, PLEASE DO NOT DO SO! My personal experience with the agency is very bad.
I was desperate to get a maid to help out to care for my aged parents. We chose this agency because we thought as a Muslim agency they will be honest in their dealings. We are truly disappointed. We went to get a maid and we were told that the maid's salary was $300. We agreed and came down to sign all the documents. Then the receptionist told us that the maid's salary is $320 with no off days. So I signed the contract and were told that my maid should come in 3 weeks time. We waited and waited and she turned up after a month. We were patient and when the maid arrived we cant get her until a week later because she needs to sit for some exams which should be scheduled earlier. So we have another wait. When my husband and aunt went to the agency to collect the maid, the receptionist told the maid that her salary is $340 where the contract stated clearly that it is $320. So my husband refused to argue with the receptionist after questioning her why the sudden change of salary.
Anyway, since we are in desperate need to get a maid, we just took her. I received another call 3 weeks later from the agency. The receptionist called to get the maid for one full day to make her work permit at the Ministry of Manpower! I was shocked because all these should be done earlier. I questioned as to why they need a whole day and the agency said there are many maids they are sending!What a poor service because all these should be done earlier before the maid is handed over to us. Now I need to send my maid to MOM on my own because I cannot afford the maid to be out for a whole day.
The agency is also slow in preparing the documents. I need to get help from my aunt to collect the document which the receptionist keeps on saying that she has yet to receive.
When I shared my experience with my colleagues, they also told me that a few of their relatives also faced such a problem. They are made to go to the agency many times and many of the documentations are not properly done.
So PLEASE do not get the service of DARMAN MAIDS. They have very poor service and lots of hidden costs. This is my biggest regret! I should have gone to my previous maid agency which was indeed efficient. My previous maid was also well trained and very positive and willing to learn and put in the hard work. This maid that I have now from Darman is very slow and lacks initiative. She bargains a lot. I tried to be reasonable but some times there is a need for maids to also understand situations and adjust to conditions. So go get a maid agency that trains their maids well. This is very important because it will help in the running of your house.

I'm also cheated by them. Now the Company has changed name to Agensi Pekerjaan Setiakarib Sdn Bhd to mislead ppl. The office set-up & telephone numbers remain the same.
I had similar problem with this company too, I fetch my maid at 7pm and on that very night at about 0400am my maid ran away...how can a girl who just arrived from indonesia know her way around selangor state. arrangement has been made- someone fetch her that night. I went back to get a replacement and they said i have to wait, I paid upfront 6k and no maid, so I use one of the rejet maid, her name is sulee, she was fine and i like her, we use her for a year and then sent her home, she had about 3 months salary with the agency and when we try to claim the money, they said that money would be just enough to pay for the sulee expenses and they refuse to give her back, this company not only cheat on us, they mistreated the maid too, I will never, ever use their service again.
i also kena before but not from this company. It is another company located around Chow Kit road. Paid deposit already but waited and waited still didn't arrive. Luckily got back deposit after calling and calling and calling and pestering and pestering and begging and begging.
Apparently a lot of maid agencies use this money for investment. They did not intend to bring maids to us. They just use the money to put in bank for fixed deposit. Imagine 100 people they con, that's RM250, 000. Perhaps some even use the money to buy shares.
I think you should read the agreement 1st before making complain. If the agreement didn't say so, of course you can said cheated but I think now. Be a good consumer should understand that and not just make complain without any reason. If deduct only RM300 will not make them rich, if they forfeit all then you can say you been cheated.
I know it hard to accept by some one but pls be understood, when paid the deposit something of course been done although not complete. For example like buying a car, if you paid deposit for booking are you will get fully refund ? IF NOT, ARE YOU WILL SAID THAT YOU BEEN CHEATED !
Pls be a good consumer ... READ THE AGREEMENT 1ST !

i also face problem from agensi perkerjaan amansari which located at Puchong. i booked my maid since dec 2009 and they promised i will get my maid by march, by feb i called and they told me that my maid not willing to come, then they replace me with another indon maid where she work for a week and dont want to work. she told me that her agent told her that she can change 4 employer ... gosh i call the agent and scolded them and of course they denied it. then give me a rejected cambodian maid where her biodata said she is 20 years old, her passpoart said she is 22 years old and whenever you ask her, she said she is 18 years old but she look lik 12 years old to me. all her biodata is cheating ... i need a maid desparately but this agent good to play game like this ... now very fruss ... wanna complain also dont know where to seek for help ...

Ap sri mawar is d best n honest maid I hv seen. I hv been using maids from few agencies n found them to be very honest n frank. They told me if possible please do not take a maid coz the quality of d maid coming to Malaysia is not that good anymore. If possible avoid using one unless you have no choice.
Add "AP Saga, Puchong" to the list of lousy maid agencies - after sending us a bad tempered maid, Kry Sokkeang, which we sent back to the agency several times for counseling (never work), they now expect us to settle her salary - which is totally unfair because out of the 3 months, we sent her back many times, but did not really keep track, except know that it was for a few days each time, but their calculation reflect only one day each time - they are withholding the cancellation letter - do we really need that?

This agency is a CHEATER! I just got cheated RM 3000 by them for supplying me the maid that cannot even do a simple household and having mental problem. They refuse to provide us another maid by saying no profile. When we ask for refund, they want to charge us RM3000 for the maid that only work for us for 3 WEEKS (including 1 week at agency place for training). Basically the maid only work for us 2 weeks.This UNSCRUPLOUS agency not only cheated our money, but also put our family at risk as the maid is psychological not stable.

I am one of the unlucky ones who applied cambodian maid last few months. Now that caombodia gov is freezing the maid supply, my application is hanging there and so is my deposit money (RM4.5K). Am extremely frustrated and tired of waiting after patiently waited for 4+ months. Called the agency, as usual asked me to wait AGAIN! Then i asked for refund, I was asked to WAIT AGAIN! The worst thing was the agency's manager talked louder and harsher than me! Was treated like a beggar when i asked for refund. This is so ridiculous, they are the one who is owing me but still they talked louder than me! what a service, the person who's servicing me no longer reply my phone or sms. i had to call the manager. now I'm in the 'unwelcome/unwanted' customer list! Now I have to find time to personally go to immigration department to find out how to settle this "###".
I truly believe my decision to apply a maid is totally wrong. I applied maid coz i dont have time and i needed help. Eventually, i didn't get the help but invited more problem to my life.

To me Agensi Haz in Subang Jaya is also the same. So far Jaya Baru and Overseas are good for me.

My advice to all is NEVER NEVER EVER trust your agency! All they want is your MONEY! Always request for proves and explanations.
After the harsh conversation from the manager, i decided to go to Jabatan Imigresen myself. They issued me the cancellation letter in a breeze which was contrary to what the manager had said to me. Then managed to get the manager face to face to deal with this without telling what i had in hand. The manager agreed to refund but still need us to wait til the maid comes. Which i stil need to pay for the maid's processing fee for her to be physically arrives in malaysia. This would cost me rm2K. Then i told her i had cancelled the application, the manager was abit shock but then came up with a final cut on the deal which insisted me to pay for RM500 for the local processing fee.
Beware of this agency 'Agensi Pekerjaan Innovedge Sdn Bbd' in Puchong and Neo Damansara. The manager's name is Christie, always in thick make-up and body-exposing clothes. If we had the discussion at night, i would have thought she's working in night club ready to lure some old man out there.
Well, enough said here. So be careful if you love your MONEY!

Did you have problems with maid placement and refund of moneys? Richard, are you still using maids from this agency? Are the both of you using Indonesians or Filipinos or maids of other nationalities? I have been recommended this agency by a friend, and I have actually just spoken to someone from the agency and I will be going to their office this weekend to look at biodatas (Filipinos). I have never employed a maid before (except for 6 months after I had my first chil), but I don't have much choice now as I am expecting my second child and this pregnancy has been quite tough on me (age is catching up) and I don't have any help. I have been using Sri Mawar since 2009 before I delivered by girl. They were helpful and always there to help me to resolve dispute with my maid n provide counselling. When my maid gave me big headache end of last year, they advised me to send the maid off and assisted me in sorting all paperworks, etc. In feb, I decided to take a Pinoy maid from them. Confirmed bio data and had interview a few times via skype in end Feb and they told maid will be here in 2 mths time. 2 days ago, they just informed me the maid has arrived pending medical check up and issuance of permit. It is faster than they estimated time of 2months. So I must say I m satisfy with their services. Can't blame them if the maid is lousy as they can't be testing all maids out before putting their biodata for us to choose. I only expect them to provide good service and help me in handling the maid issue along the way, of which they did it very well. Never siding the maid or short changing me. They r just be fair which is what I like.

i should have found this blog long before i engage Agensi Pekerjaaan Setiakarib Sdn Bhd at Bandar Puteri, Puchong. They brought in a not qualified Philippino maid for us (information on the bio-data on working experience is false) and the maid wanted to go home within few days thus we returned to the Agency. The agency wanted us to pay additional RM2500+/- in order to get a replacement despite that which we refused. They are still keeping the Maid (i supposed that's why a lot of part-time cleaner provided nowadays) and they don't even bother to send the maid home. People out there, FILE A CLAIM AT TRIBUNAL COURT at only RM5.00 to claim justice!

Hai HShing, regarding E-Job Agency at Puchong is a trusted and reliable maid agency. When I pass by the highway after work I saw the signboard and I called them at 7pm and surprisingly they are still open and the customer service are very good. They are open everyday (Mon-Fri 9am-7.30pm and Sat & Sun 10am-6pm)They have given me some suggestion to select the biodata and get to know their price by website and email since my work are very hectic and have no time to go there. After my conversation with the customer service, I have given them my email address and my handphone number. Within 10 minutes they have send price information to my email and they given me the link to view the biodata. After a day I have selected the biodata and contacted the office for the next procedure and it really makes my life very easy which I only need to email them the details and they will prepare all the immigration document to be sign. I just have to go there to sign the document and you know what the deposit is only RM 300! CAN U BELIEVE IT... After done with the signature, they update every steps on their process thru email and it really makes me to know what is the status of my maid rather than im going after the agency and keep on calling them. Right now my maid have arrived to Malaysia as they promise within a month... And they are very professional and in my entire life as I seen a lot of agency but this agency are totally different... You can trust the agency and apply the maid there and another one thing, you also can have the access to the director if you want to by emailing to them in helpdesk@maidsmalaysia.com
Good news! I just took legal action against Setiakarib and won! For those of you who have been cheated by them or by any other agensi pekerjaan, you can go to Kementerian Perdagangan at Putrajaya, Precint 2 (or any of their branches) and file charges against them at the Consumer's Tribunal. This is a quick, simple and cheap process which do not require a lawyer. The building is just beside the Immigration Building. Everyone, please fight for your rights and don't let these people take advantage of you!

My Indonesia Maid runaway after 1 month of working with my family. Got the maid from an agency in Kuchai Lama. The maid came in on social pass and applied JP Visa. However, after 1 month of submission of application of JP Visa to imigresen, the maid run away before it is approved. We found out from the imigresen officer that no payment has been made as the application has not been approved yet. As the agent gave 3 months warranty, we request for a replacement and the agent wants us to pay RM2, 400 for the replacement which include rm1, 110 for the payment to imigresen. As we have paid earlier all the fees to the agent and the agent has not paid for the 1st maid as it was not approved yet, we argued that they should use the earlier paid fees to pay for the imigresen payment and we should not pay again. We feel cheated by the agency as they threaten not to replace if we do not make the payment. Can we check on how to file charges at the Consumer's Tribunal and what are the recourse we can get. Appreciate if those that have filed at the Consumer's tribunal can provide us more information. Thank you.
Thanks for all the tips. I just hired my maid from Agensi Pekerjaan Suria Jaya in Kota Damansara. So far so good as they provide after sales support like advise and how to instruct the maid properly as this is my first time hiring a maid. Hope they keep on provide the same kind of service until the 2 years contract expired. Btw their boss Tommy really accommodating and transparent. He even told me that they cant be 100% sure that their maid will be perfect all the time but what i can see they really trying to match employer with suitable maid instead of take my money first then worry later. The boss told me sometimes problem do come from employer side as much as maid side. Anyway really recommended them and wish them well .

Philimore also the same - very lousy service and don't even bother to help you. I hired a Filipino maid from them and paid 12 K + including loan and she only worked 7 months before cooking up a story on her husband having a mistress who is pregnant and took her 2 sons with him. The maid is also very lazy and has not initiative to work. Think she is here for a holiday. Eats really a lot and wants good food. But when comes to work can't even do a proper job. Agency told me no training given just ask to tell her what to do. I lost my 12 K and have no replacement maid as I sent the maid back since she was crying like nobody's biz. I expected Filipino maids to be better but looks like they are worst than the others, full of lies and lazy. Would not recommend Philimore. Looks like they are here to make money and do not care about the employer's welfare. Very disattisfied customer of theirs!
Yes. Do not engage Ryuji at Hartamas. Company is dishonest and send maids straight to you without clearing health checks in Malaysia. When maid is deemed unfit or unhealthy you have No choice but to pay them more money for replacement maids. No refund at all and not a single word of sorry offered.
Agensi Perkerjaan Ryuji Sdn bhd at desa sri hartamas is lousy. They do not offer proper training and briefing to the maids. The last maid we had from Ryuji has serious hygiene issues. They also don't seem to filter their maid candidates. Getting a maid from them is like gambling, betting on something uncertain and you would not know what you gonna get. Those more presentable candidates are always unavailable after you made payment. The maid's biodata also doesn't match with the actual thing. The whole episode is a horrible experience!
Is anyone know where can i file law suit against an AP? I have paid them around RM12k+ and they didnt give me the first maid as promised and i chose the second one who was medically unfit. According to the AP they doesnt know the maid's medical result until maid was here earlier to take up FOMEMA but when i personally asked the maid and she said the abnormal findings are the same as she got in Philippines which she has lung problems. So obviously i am not liable for any extra payment or cost in case AP could get me a new maid right? Advise needed here please...
Don’t every take maids from this thuggish agent – Agensi Pekerjaan PMA. Supplied me with an incompetent maid from day 1 with mental health issue & severe absent-mindedness with no prior housemaid experience at all, contrary to maid’s biodata – clearly a misrepresentation. Before my tribunal hearing, received annoymous threatening calls from strangers & upon court award, the lady boss threatened to quash the award by bringing to the high court. A real thug!
