This company is a SCAM! Do not do business with them! TKO Sports preys on small businesses by getting them to "sponsor" t-shirts for the local area high schools. Not only do they not provide their product in a timely manner (if they ever provide it at all), the shirts were also not approved by the school! We tried contacting them several times and each time we were lied to about completion dates (pushed back for a month each time), size of ads, etc. TKO Sports is a fraudulent company; please research them before doing business with them.

TKO SPORTS is a scam! Don’t fall for it! They’ve been doing this for years! They call your business and make you believe that you’re donating money for t-shirts for a local school, I called the school and they confirmed that they do not work with them and that it’s a scam!
TKO Sports is a SCAM. I have been in contact with the athletic directors of our local schools and they have never heard of TKO Sports. In addition the supposed contract they sent me to prove this has the previous director listed, he left that school and position in 2014!
Was contacted by Sherry Adams ( Production manager [protected]) by email concerning sponsoring Plano High School Cheerleader team. She sent me an invoice for $300 to cover the cost of t-shirts. Usually when I have sponsored things in the past the Booster Club gets paid and not a separate company.
I googled "TKO Sports Scam" and got a lot of hits concerning the scam. I did not send any money since I saw that it was a scam. I just wanted to post more info so others can avoid getting scammed.

He refers to a guy named Lester...here is "Lester's" facebook...Les claims to be an Office Manager there...the above poster claims he got his money back by messaging "Lester's" friends and family through facebook

The scam is true! I was approached by TKO Graphics to sponsor a high school t-shirt. I called the school district and they already know of this company. The school district says TKO is NOT authorized to do t-shirt (probably not anything).
They are TKO has the signed contract. The coaches lie to save their own [censored]. Jeff has emails with correspondence between him and the coaches. He just don't make a big deal about it when they lie to save their own [censored] because a couple of coaches actually got canned for it because they didn't follow pepper procedure before signing the documents that are needed for TKO to even start calling business to start the shirts.
Jeff doesn't want that to happen anymore so he just blows it off like a grain of salt and keeps it pushing.

My God, @Sheri Sedgeley, you are such a drama queen. Almost a year later and your still commenting and trying to belittle this person who is obviously taking up space in your lonely little head still? I have checked out this business and I see some remarks from upset customers like you. I have researched and done business with this company as well. They not only put the shirts with my business out (it was a few months later than they said they would do it) but it got done, but they also sent me some free custom shirts as well for my business, which we all love! The schools pay nothing for the shirts and get to make money using those shirts to sell or do as they please with. So the schools do not get scammed or harmed at all. I talked to the principal of the school I sponsored and they love getting the shirts and make a generous about of money from them when they sell them.
I did call a couple times inquiring about as to when the shirts would go out and the fact that they went out to the school later than I was told was not a big deal to me because they told me when I called to ask about them that I would receive a couple of the school shirts- which I did when they were completed. All of you bad mouthing this company and this person who obviously must work there must be a bunch of sour faced prudes who think everyone is out to get them or something. Sometimes, if you take a look at the bigger picture, it isn't all as it seems. Stop running with the crowd and go your own way and maybe your business would of got some free shirts out of your deals as well! Anyway good job guys on my shirts we love them and keep up the work you do, don't let these control freaks try to tell you other wise.
And miss Sheri, you my dear, need the find something better to do with your time. Seven months later and you really had to come back just to make the last remark on a conversation that none of these other people have probably thought about after they wrote it just makes you look, well sad honestly. I am having the exact same experience right now. This company called my small business and offered me an ad space on the back of my alma mater's sports program. Naturally I wanted to support them - and sent them money for an ad. It has been 10 months. No shirts have ever been printed. My school knows NOTHING about the shirt order and this is a complete RIP OFF. I am actively trying to get my money back, but have not yet.
My business has also been affected by TKO sports (October 2016) with this same scheme. I urge all the other small business owners who are affected to PLEASE contact their authorities in the county or city and report this. It is only by getting enough official information, details, dates, about TKO that their practices might be stopped. I understand that a business in the Cypress, Tx area has been affected in Dec. 2016, indicating that this scam is still active. Let's shut this guy(s) down!

The above post is 100% true! I am another victim, but I got my money back. I went to Lester Sentisi's Facebook page which is les allen and messaged several of his friends and family members how the company he works for, manages, scammed me out of $180.00. He and Jeff Kirk couldn't contact me fast enough. I did get my money within 2 weeks, but Jeff continued the lie. He said the shirts had been delivered and he was sending me 2. What a bunch of BULL! The high school head coach and principal had NEVER even heard of TKO or ever ordered any Tshirts from any company. Needless to say, I never got one shirt. My God, Jeff couldn't even describe the shirts to me. I would love to ban together with many victims and put a stop to these lying thieves!

It isn't hard to have a con man and sex offender returned to the pen which he came from. Forget trying to get money back from this con man and all of you go to the DA and talk business. Finding others: Post an ad here, look on scam report and similar sites. Type his name in the search engine and see the others and post where they posted. Tell them to look here and you all get together and put an end to his crime wave. His facebook is sleepy mcnodsalot and his wife's fb page is Cindy Ristow Sentesi if you want to try to get ahold of them. Not that it would do you any good. Con men con. Wow, you're such a lame. Why don't you find out all the facts before running you mouth out the side of you neck. Yes they may need to definitely put a rush on some of the shirts that they make but all in all they DO make the shirts, the customer DOES get what they paid for and so do the schools! They are not a giant corporation, not able to mass produce all of the shirts that they have in line to be printed but they do try hard and they do get it done.

The whole point in the shirts it to help out your local high school and I'm sorry - but twonor three weeks behind schedule isn't something to lose your panties in.
It's not like they are not getting your business out there on the shirts- cause they are. It's not like your not getting what you paid for-paid for- cause you are. Just maybe not in the time that they specified they would. Which yes is unprofessional- but they do quality work and even offer to do extra for the customers who call in to.complain. The owner who is Jeff Kirk- happens to be a very kind hearted, family man with beautiful children and a lovely wife. Jeff helps anyone he can that needs his help at the drop of a some. Would give someone the shirt off his back in the middle of winter if it would help them . This business is how he and the people working under him raise their families.
Just because of a and once again like I said yes I agree unprofessional but very minor set back as to the release of when the shirts are printed and shipped, I do t think that you should try to ruin the company because of just that.
The shirts GET PRINTED AND as far as the coaches " not knowing anything" about them printing the shirts- thats BULL. Most of the coaches will deny it because number one- they failed to get Approval themselves from whoever it is they need to get it from to sign the release and contract between TKO SPORTS and the school that MUST be SIGNED by the coach AND THAT TKO SPORTS HAS ON FILE- for EVERY SCHOOL that they make shirts for. Jeff is very professional and organized, and if you have a question he will gladly answer it for you as long as you don't call in like a silverback pounding your chest and demanding this and that-ost of the time he will even send you copies.of the signed paperwork from the school that the coaches have signed along with the contact jnfo to reach out to the coach!
So what I'm trying to say- if you had made any attempt to be civil with this company when you had called in to.complain- I'm sure you would of reached a happy ending
