I talked to Arline at this company to set up an account to sell my timeshare. She told me that for $ 249.00 I could set up the add. When the paper work came through she charged me $798.00 for something I did not agree to. When i tryed to get hold of her they say they are open till 9pm but no one is around to take the call at 8pm. I don't think any of these places do what they say they just want your money. If this is looked after tomorrow, which i doubt i know i will never trust another time share compony in my life Ray

I just talked to Visa about my money coming back and was tould it has been recieved. Timeshare Partners has done what they said they would in a timely fashion, I am satisfied that they will do what they say. I still don't trust any US timeshare sellers but that is just me. Good luck to those who use the service of any of these people. THank you Brett for your quick action Ray

I think some TimeShare Patrners employees are getting into this forum and posting ###. Like them happy with the service that they provided and pretending to be a customer making a good reviews. DON'T BE FOOLED! Nobody can ever sell your Timeshare for you. You have to donate it or it goes into foreclosure...which is bad on your side but yes, thats your option. If anybody tells you to pay money ahead of time to sell your timeshare or advertise it, its all scams!

Do any of you fellow timeshare owners stop to think that maybe you overpaid for your timeshare at the resort
A resale buyer won't pay you the same ridiculous prices the resorts charge. Why not be angry with the resort who over charged you in the first place, instead of your resales agent who is trying so hard to find another buyer willing to fall for the same deal you did, without high pressure tactics. Your complaints are about the wrong party here...Resales can offer your timeshare for sale, but it can't preform a miracle and correct the mistake you made overnight!

I also listed my timeshare with timesharepartners.com over a year ago. They told me it would take 6 months or less to sell my timeshare since I had a good one. I have been calling them every couple of months for the past 15 months and all they say is people are looking a it but no one has put an offer. I also gave them 640 dollars and nothing has come out of it. They ask me to lower my price everytime I call. I still owe a lot of money on my timeshare so I can only lower it so much. I'm very frustrated and dissapointed with this company. They do not do what they say they are going to do. They just plain suck!

I listed with Timeshare Partners about a year ago. They took my 640.00 bucks and must have had a party with it. I have never heard from the company again. No offers, no contact, nothing, nada. So good luck with that one.

I want to apologize again to Ray for the inconvenience of this mistake and thank him for his understanding. This is the first time something like this has occurred. I want to reassure you this was a human error and it was very uncharacteristic of Arline… Arline is one of our most reliable and detailed employees to date and she truly felt bad about the mistake but we are all human and mistakes do happen. As a company we have multiple subscription options and the desired subscription package is selected on the computer as part of the checkout procedure. In this instance, the wrong subscription was accidentally selected resulting in the errand charge. In order to protect all of our clients we record a verbal confirmation about the subscription and amount prior to charging any credit cards. However, even though Arline had correctly verified the subscription in the recording, the better subscription package button was accidentally selected. We rectified the issue immediately the following morning upon seeing the mistake and issued a full refund. At Timeshare Partners, we pride ourselves on our reputation and doing right by our clients and that is why we were shocked when we learned of this complaint posted on this site. I am glad that the issue has now been resolved and we have taken additional measures to revamp the checkout procedure to avoid similar mistakes in the future.
