Times Trading JapanCo Ltd review: Car / timestrade japan 3

Hi team,

I have contacted another company regarding shipping schedule and the issue that I am having.
They have advised me to provide details of shipping company to timestrading japan and I have done it so.

Sunny from TimesTrading Japan came back to me and said that he was going to send the car on 17/01/2022 as shipping company has a shipping schedule, however he has not provided any detail/confirmation regarding the booking.

I am hoping for the best.

Could you please be able to advise on this matter?

Could you please be able to confirm whether this company is legitimate?

I am really disappointed.

I have contacted shipping company and enquire whether any car has been sent to New Zealand by Tames Trading Japan, they said they have not received any car from them.
I have contacted Sunny (times Trading Japan director) and told him that "you have not sent any car yet"
He said " The car suppose to send is having oil leaking issue", I could fix it and send it for compliance again and see :(

I have requested him to refund my money... Finger crossed.

Please note: He refuses to communicate via email after receiving the money.

Update:

He has sent some of the money. He is saying that he has sent the money for documentation, parking and transportation.
He is exactly acting like scammer.
Also, he is telling that other companies in Japan are bad and he is the Genuine one.
I can send evidence if you want.

I told him to not to spoil the reputation of the companies in Japan.

I dont know how to recover the money from this person.

Please advise.

I am happy to hire a lawyer to stop him from doing this kind of activities in the future.

Could you please be able to introduce a lawyer who can communicate in English.

Evidences that he is acting like a scammer:
1. He refuses to communicate via email except invoice
2. He is asking for my Photo ID's beyond the bank details
3. He is sending the money via Moneygram by not putting company name. He puts a name called "Quasim IQBAL" and he indicates me as a "friend" on the form.
