The company used to offer monthly billing and then one day out of the blue, without any notification, they stopped and only began charging yearly. This resulted in a $2400 charge to my card which would normally have been $200. They are pre-billing for the year and will not refund my money.
Buyer beware.
The Timely software isn't that great, honestly. I have been using it for over three years and it lacks luster. We moved to a different provider and are suing the company.
Desired outcome: I want my money back.
