Tim Hortons review: service

The employees at this location are extremely rude! I will never spend another dollar at tim hortons ever again! When asked to speak to the manager to voice my concern she blew me off as if she didn't care what I had to say. When I asked her if she wanted me to take my business to mcdonald's, she rudely said, "bye!" when I told her I was going to write corporate she said, "call them I don't give a [censored] " I attached a video but as soon as she realized I was recording she [censored] the window and stopped talking. Please resolve this issue! I've been a customer for a decade and i'm extremely upset about how I was just treated!
