I'm just gonna go ahead and put this out there again. I am truly disappointed with the outcome of the claim I filed. I made an online purchase for my son as it is getting cold and he needed some winter clothes. However the package was delivered to my previous address. I have recently ordered online through Tillys and it came to my current address but for some reason the last order did not. I called Tillys and filed a claim. The lady that filed my claim told me that more than likely it would be denied and it was. I am a single mother and really cannot afford to take a $200 loss like that. I've never had any other issues with Tillys and I've never filed any claims or complaints. I am sure that the $200 I want and need refunded is not going to make or break Tilly's bank. If there's anything that can be done to help my son and I out I would greatly appreciate it.
