The tik gift shop advertised a drone for sale"Lanus 4k drone 2025" on U-tube for $89.90 to which I made a purchase of for a total of $102.35 (including a tip they requested). Order # TGS7743P on or before May 5th 2025. After an extended period, I received a drone that was not the Lanus 4K drone 2025 that I ordered. I then contacted "support@tikgiftshop.com" and was told that all of their drones are of high quality and I would have to pay for the return of the incorrect item. I checked with their web site and found that I did not have to pay for the return of the item if the wrong item is shipped to me. As of todays date June 15 2025 the issue has not been resolved.

Desired outcome: I want the item that I ordered " Lanus 4K drone 2025" or a full refund of the purchase amount of $102.35. Thank You!
