Tickets On Sale review: Tickets to a venue

I purchase tickets for a nurse comedy show in spokane on April 9th 2022 from Tickets On Sale. I was charged 310.18 for this. I had went throught the Nurse Blake site to buy these tickets so I assumed this was the price and didn't think of any scamming going on.

I called on Sept 13 at 1157am to find out why I hadn't gotten my tickets yet. I was told that the email was sent and went through. I was told that the way to redeem the ticket was sent and I need to look at my email again. I did and even looked in Spam folder just in case. Nothing. She never recent an email (and I checked).

I printed out my confirmation emails that I received when I purchased the tickets, I have downloaded them for you as well. This is what I took to the venue, thinking we would show them the tickets which as the seats as well and that would be good since I got nowhere with the company that sold us the tickets.

We arrived at the venue and was told they could do nothing for us and we got scammed. The tickets were only 50 a piece and we should not have paid so much for them.

When we got home I looked up Tickets on Sale and online chatted with them since it was Saturday. I spoke with Lloyd who told me there was nothing he could do about it. They had no record of my calling and no record of me contacting them at all. That the email was confirmed that it was sent. I explained the date I called and said again that I received no email and when spoke to the lady on the phone she never sent another one, or even offerred to send another email. I went around and around with him and he said there was nothing he could do.

I feel that we were scammed. First by the price gouging that they did, then by not fulfilling the agreement. We are out $310. We can not be the only people they have done this to.
